Buyers Beware!
This place is the epitome of shady used car dealer. I need to tell our story to warn others. My daughter moved back from out of state and needed a car, but she had no credit. So we were having a very difficult time finding somebody who would give us a loan for a car. We were referred to 3Dads Auto through a friend. I was told by them that they have no problem giving anybody a loan, and that they would take care of us, because they were good people.
The first Red flag should have been when a car we were looking at they sold to somebody else without us getting a chance to even drive it. They said that the used car market was really hard right now and you have to move fast, so we put a down payment on a car that he hadn't even received from auction yet. At the time I questioned him because I felt like they were pressuring us into buying a car sight unseen. They said they wouldn't put her in a non working or unsafe car because they are good people and you can trust them. So we did.
My daughter finally gets the car, its seems to be okay but running a little rough, they said its probably a coil pack but they said they would fix it. In the meantime, my daughter gets our failed rejection sticker. They say no problem, bring it in, we'll fix it, trust us. So we did 4 times. However, every time she left the shop before she got home.The check engine light would come back on. Now, in the meantime, ten months has passed, and we are way past the time we legally had to return it. And the vehicle has never passed inspection.
Fourth of july weekend, the vehicle now stops working altogether. When I call understandably frustrated, they were unwilling to work out these issues with me. I asked if we could exchange it for a different vehicle that runs better. Or get our money back or if she could even have a loaner car while they continued to fix the vehicle, and they said none of those where possible.
It was at this time that I contacted the Better Business Bureau to try to resolve this dispute. However, when they had the notice that the Better Business Bureau had been contacted they said that became of my attude chloe would now need to pay for any further repairs on the vehicle. They made no effort to remedy this situation, and in fact called my daughter and told her how horrible of a person I am, because I had called to the Better Business Bureau because they are good people. All because we trusted them.
I then took the vehicle to an actual Mazda. Dealership, at which time they said that the vehicle was probably worth $500 and needed $4500 worth of repairs. We don't have much money and we don't have great credit, which is how we got in this spot in the first place, and my daughter still owes two thousand dollars on the car. 3 Dads never responded to the better business bureau complaint, so the complaint was closed.
Thankfully, Mastria Mazda worked with both of us and our credit and we were able to secure a auto loan and roll in the payments into her new loan.
So essentially, we paid $6000 for a car that never worked right, never passed inspection, and that the dealership would never fix correctly. Now she owes more on her new loan, and we're in a worse financial position. Then we were when we started this. The good thing is now she has a good running car. Lots of painful lessons learned here because we trusted that these people were good people.

If you want a great used car at great prices cash or otherwise this is the place to go. I was shown lots of cars in my price range. The best car for my needs . Your greeted with respect and no pressure. You buy a used car you get a used car. If you want a new one go to a new car place. All I can say is I will buy from these people again and am quite happy with my new used car. They also work on cars and work with you on any questions or problems you may have. They are a Blessing to me.

Purchased a car from here not even a year ago and had constant work done on the car don’t get me wrong buying a used car you never know what’s gonna happen, told me the 200k+ miles on the car was all highway miles which was a lie and that the car was well maintained also a lie. I am now having to purchase a whole new car due to the fact that the car had been leaking gas and oil which he said was repaired but not done properly the whole entire time and I wasn’t aware because I assumed it was fixed correctly but is now damaged past the point of repair. I would not recommend.
