I'll add photos later. They'll speak volumes. They ruined my truck with their undercoating.Exhaust, mudflaps, springs, motor, brakes, doors, windows, body... the application was an absolute mess. They didn't even fully cover what was SUPPOSED to be covered. But hey, my composite bed and plastic mudflaps are gonna last forever, so, there's that! ?800 bucks to spray it all over the place, now I have to figure out how to get it all off.Have it done if you wish. I sure as hell don't recommend it.

I'd like to extend a warm "Thank you" (vs the other one I should use) to the hacks at Ziebart for ruining my new Mercedes! I brought my recently purchased Mercedes in for a simple window tinting. I was in and out in 2.5 hours and neglected to do my usual "on the spot walk around" for damage, as I do at every place I take my car to. You never know these days...I was told by (I believe his name was Jim, who was a nice guy...not rude at all) that it took his guy 2 attempts to do my rear window because the bubble wouldn't go away during installation.I got home and did my walk around and found they had broken the rear speaker cover to my new car. 2 friends who saw the car that morning both insist the damage was NOT there before I left.Mind you, I got this car very recently and it was immaculate inside and out. I care for it like its my child. It's near perfect for the year. I have attached photos of the damage as well as a photo taken recently after a detailing job as well as a photo prior to that detailing (better angle). You can clearly see the intact speaker cover in the photo pre damage and the photos taken today 11/17/23.So I called them and drove alllll the way back. Great way to spend your day off...What gets me is all I asked for was ownership of the obvious mistake. I was told by Jim "it could have been from your glass installation" (I got the rear window replaced FOR tinting 3 days prior. I again did a walk around on site at the glass company with the technician who showed me his great work. This damage was NOT there. You can find my great review of Auto Glass Now in Worcester)."Well 6 inches of plastic had to go somewhere" he said, so I opened my door and found a 1 inch chunk of...MY SPEAKER COVER right by the back window screen. Right there. So I raised and lowered my window screen to see if any more would get dislodged, to no avail. It is more than obvious that the guy who tinted my windows (probably on his second attempt) wedged his hand or something in there as he was tinting, got frustrated and broke it. He probably just threw it out and hoped I wouldn't notice. Now all I see is a chrome triangle in my rear view from the mangled speaker cover portion missing.I was told I'd get a call from "his manager" but no call today. This is just really aggravating. I take so much pride in my car and I can't even trust a business to be at a minimum, honest and own an obvious mistake. Now I'm most likely stuck with a pricey repair on my IMMACULATE INTERIOR.Thank you for ruining my new car Zeibart! No canned replies please. No customer service number or email please as with your other canned replies for negative comments. They've all been contacted. Please also note I have several friends who have had several vehicles tinted here who will never do business with this location or any Ziebart location for again as a result of my experience.I look forward to your canned reply!Update 11/18Jim worked with me to schedule a repair at a local dealership to fix what they clearly broke. I can at least appreciate that.Tip. Always take photos and do a walk around before you bring your car into any repair shop or modification shop. It's tough to trust anybody these days.Update 11/20Upon finally getting a chance to drive this thing and look through the rear view mirror with sunlight....I noticed the installer either scratched my brand new rear windshield or somehow got hair underneath the tint???Photo attached as well. It's very much more pronounced than in the photo. This is beyond ridiculous at this point.

This was our first time having our vehicle professionally cleaned. We chose the Express Clean for our family van because we were given a gift card. I have never in my life seen my vehicle so spotless, shiny, and smelling so good! I seriously think they got Every. Single. Crumb. You can tell they pay attention to every detail and take pride in their work. It saved me a hot, sweaty, difficult job and now I want to come back at least once a year to get this done because it's so wonderful to have such a clean van!

My girlfriend had ziebart undercoat the frame of her 2016 ram 1500, a year or 2 later the frame looks HORRIBLE. This was a very clean frame we had coated just to prevent rust. they charged her for rust removal but really painted over all the surface rust on the whole truck. Now the under coat is peeling off and there’s crusty chunks of rust over the whole entire frame. The frame would have lasted longer with no under coat at all. All this did was trap rust and moisture and make the frame worse. Now we have to spend double the money to have all the under coat removed and make it right. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone get your under coat done right to avoid future head aches
