Four attempts to install a washer dryer and haul away the old. Now on the 4th try they say they can't haul away the old appliances today after installation. If they even arrive to install today. First attemp they discovered the XPO warehouse damaged the drain. Second attempt they discovered the stacking kit was not put on the truck. Third attempt I bought my own stocking kit, but Best Buy and XPO systems failed to cannect and my order was cancelled. Had to reorder, now on the 4th attempt which will mean they leave the washer dryer on the sidewalk until tomorrow. Worst customer service experience I have ever had.

VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY AND SCAMMERS! Do not use this company. My daughter paid $250 to deliver and set up a bed frame. They never even brought it up to her apartment! They just left it in the vesibule and left! My daughter's roommate hurt herself dragging it up to their apartment herself! Again, this company are nothing but crooks and scammers! Do mot use their services!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. We bought our refrigerator over a month ago from samsung and noted in the special instructions we were on the second floor. We booked the soonest install we could which was a couple weeks out. They showed up, one guy and a trainee and told us we needed to order the 3 men team to get it to the second floor. We don't know that. We gave the important info, I dont know that your company decides second floor needs 3 men.they wouldnt let me help and left the refrigerator blocking our entry way. Theytook 2 weks to set up the visit nack. And showed up again a month later with only 2 guys and told us again they could not install it.

Worst customer service experience of my life. Really mind boggling!-missed the delivery-called the night of missed delivery at 1030pm, waking me up to let me know they missed the delivery but that they can deliver the next day-woke me up at 700am the next morning to let me know actually they're unable to deliver until 4 days later when we're on vacation-I set a delivery date for the next week online, and they CHANGE the delivery date without asking to a day that we can't receive the item-I try calling their office at 3pm and I no one is available to speak with, no way to leave messages

I had a washer and dryer delivered that…I had a washer and dryer delivered that we purchased through Samsung, XPO delivered the set on 9/15/2021 they did not bring the stacking kit which we had purchased, they hooked up the wiring incorrectly to the dryer, and they caused damage to our hardwood floor and deck steps, I put a claim in with them with-in weeks, waited to hear back and called them for Months and called Samsung for Months at least 30 times with no contact at all from them at all until last week 4//13/2022 6 Months later they responded with this,(Closing claim due to lack of interest from the claimant) I guess because I did not waste my time calling them for a few months they could get away with not paying for the $600 in damages they did at my home, what a super shady company that takes advantage of people, I will never buy another thing from Samsung because they use companies like this that take advantage of people

Avoid at all costs. Quite possibly the worst experience I've ever had with any company.They delivered and installed a washer but didn't connect the hose to the drain pipe, causing flooding. They broke a tile in our laundry room during that delivery. They delivered our dryer and told us that they'd call to schedule the installation for another day. Fourteen days later (after we'd called twice and they'd twice failed to put in a work order for installation), they scheduled installation for seven days later. They no showed without attempting to contact us. They had to initiate a new work order and scheduled delivery for fourteen days later. They no showed again without contacting us. We contacted them again and, upon escalation, delivery was scheduled for three days later. On the day of they didn't contact us directly and sent an automated rescheduling of the appointment for another six days later. Forty-one days and three no shows later and we still don't have a functioning dryer.Whether worker shortage related, COVID-related, or neither, there is no excuse for a logistics company to be this bad at getting products and people to places on time.

uline and xpo logistics refuse to pay for property damages that they caused. they will drag on trying to act like they are willing to help. very unprofessional. xpo logistics hires additional contractors (carolyn leary tj's transport) to do their shipping.do not recommend. bad service. they will protect their own which means they will use the same truck drivers who will damage people's properties. also, they are willing to allow their contractors to trespass on properties to take the pictures of the damages when you have already sent the videos and pictures for proof. when they ask you get to an estimate, they say it's too expensive.
