Whoever the little immature little girl you guys Have answering the phones for your pharmacy located in shrewsbury MA is atrocious, assuming, and rude. Asked one question "HI! Is my prescription ready for pick up? Attitude and misery right away. I'll never go back there or do business with workers you hire who hate the job they have.

This store has poor stocking procedures and we'll play $60 items and $30 item locations. Went to the register to find out the price of an item clearly displayed as 29.99 was now 59.99 Went back to the aisle found a worker asked how much the item was they said 29.99 then when I said what happened at the register, the worker removed all the items saying all they must be in the wrong place. Duh !

I went into the store to use the ATM and I had some trash. I approached an associate and asked if they had a trash can, I was holding the trash in one hand and my wallet in the other. My son was standing next to me. Then an associate in a blue outfit and long blond hair rushed over and said no outside trash. The associate who was helping me looked down and repeated no outside trash. I took the trash back with me and placed it on the cart while I conducted my ATM transaction. Then I noticed someone had left a full drink from a 7-11 on top if the ATM. I was irritated by this. When I finished the transaction I walked up to the counter where the associate said no outside trash and let her know that there was a drink on top of the ATM and she might want to take care of that. I was still holding the trash I walked in with in my hand. My son wanted to shop for a small treat there but I told him no. We could shop at another store. If I could give zero stars I would. Please work on your training-customer service so it is consistent. I felt like this was personal because of the discrepancy and like you aren't focused on store upkeep since there was visible outside trash right inside the entrance.

I recently started using this pharmacy after getting a job in Shrewsbury. I’ve been there 4 times to pick up prescriptions, and 3 out of the 4 times were horrible experiences. After my visit this past Monday I will never, ever go back. Short version of the story: I am currently without insurance and pay out of pocket for medication, so my doctor suggested I use Good Rx for a discount. When I went to pick up my prescribed anti-anxiety medication and showed the pharmacist my coupon, I was told they didn’t want to give me my medication because it was a “red flag” that I was attempting to buy a controlled substance without insurance and using a coupon… insinuating that I was trying to do something illegal with the medication? Finally after 5-7 minutes of back and forth they allowed me to pay for my medication but would not let me use the Good Rx discount. I have never been so humiliated in my entire life.

How do you lose someone's medication? I called for a refill and it took 2 days then when I go to pick it up they said they lost it and would refill it...it has been another 2 days. I'll be using a different pharmacy because I needed those pills and it has messed with my health not having my pills.

This pharmacy has no respect for a person's time. I had a 6pm appointment and at 6:28 I was told that it would be a bit longer because someone who had a 5:30 appointment was ahead of me. Somebody kick me in the head if I ever schedule anything with this pharmacy again.If I could give them a 0 star I would. MAnd

Tried explaining the medical reason why a patient needed a medication flavored specifically grape and was abruptly cut off (after a 32 minute hold) and told “I’ve never had a kid complain about the berry flavor.” Refused to flavor it grape and told me call another pharmacy. I did and Wegmans was able to complete the order except that Walgreens did not cancel the order so insurance would not cover it until I called back for another 48 minute hold time to cancel and then have it rerun by Wegmans. I would not recommend this pharmacy location to anyone.

Came in for my updated booster. Had a few people in front of me but the wait wasn't long at all. Nicole is so gifted, without any pain the shot was done! A+ service and kindness from every employee I came in contact with!Ps. The store is clean and well stocked.

Absolute joke. This pharmacy needs new management or employees. I’ve never waited so long on hold in my entire life. Only to have them pick it up not say a word and hang up abruptly. When someone waits 20+ minutes on hold that’s a lot of time it’s taking up in someone’s life to just speak to a pharmacist. But for them to have the audacity to just hang up is beyond words frustrating. When you go there you get nothing but attitude from the pharmacists and they look at you when you’re sitting in front of the window and walk by you multiple times. And when you call them and finally do get to speak to someone one pharmacist will tell you you can fill same day, then another pharmacist or employee will state that you can’t fill for three more days. Why are employees not telling us the same thing regarding policies? I don’t recommend this pharmacy whatsoever and they just did a brand new renovation to the entire store what they need to renovate is their employees!

If you call the pharmacy when they are busy they will pick up and hang up the phone to stop it from ringing. When I drove over to ask my question and asked about the phone they said "Sorry, we were busy". Giving them the benefit of doubt that it was a singular employee having a rough day I continued to use them. However a month later I'm encountering the same issue. I understand being understaffed and busy, but repeatedly hanging up the phone after being put on hold is unacceptable.

This is the most unprofessional business I have ever seen. I have been on hold for 3 hours at a time just to be hung up on. Not just once in a while, but to a point of expectation. My prescription always take over 5 hours to fill, even though they quote 2, and if you decide to use them, count your pills in front of them! I don’t know if they are stealing, or what, but I have been short on my medication at only 14 pills. It’s not hard to count to 14, especially when it’s 4-5 missing. This has been ongoing for a year now and I’m deciding to finally switch after all of the aggravation and stress it has caused me. I hope this review helps someone on choosing a better pharmacy. Lastly, if you go through the drive through, expect to wait at least 15 minutes and that’s if your the only one there, anymore cars than that and it’s a half hour at best!
