I leased my 4th KIA from Wagner. I brought a friend with me with much more car knowledge than I have. We worked with Yasser Hakim. It was a pleasure to work with him. He answered all my questions as well as my friends. My friend had many. Yasser gave us all the time we needed. I would recommend this dealer to anyone.

I visited this dealership today. My experience was extremely bad.1. When I arrived at this dealership today, there was no one around the counter. We understood that it's busy on Saturday, so we decided to wait. However, two groups of people who came after us received assistance from salespeople while we were left unattended.2. Finally, someone came to assist us and find a car for us to test drive. The person simply handed us the key and left us alone. However, they didn't put a plate on the car, so we had to sit and wait inside the car. After 10 minutes, no one came to put the plate on, and it seemed as if we had been forgotten. I had to go back to the dealership and ask someone to put the plate on for us.3. Eventually, we had a conversation with a salesperson named Silvano Senn, and I was taken aback by his impatience and rudeness. We were interested in purchasing a GLC with adaptive cruise control, and there was one car that met our specifications. This car's specifications included a standalone feature item, 239, called Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC. We knew from another dealership that item 239 referred to the adaptive cruise control. However, Silvano insisted that only the driver assistance package contained ACC. When we brought this to his attention, it seemed as if he felt his authority was being questioned. He became very rude and impatient, briefly searching something online, asking us to look at his monitor screen, and then leaving us alone, which was incredibly frustrating. Later on, he realized he was mistaken and admitted that Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC is indeed the adaptive cruise control. I simply couldn't understand why he had been so confident about something he didn't know and why he became rude when he discovered he was wrong.4. Silvano Senn asked us whether we wanted to pay in cash or finance the car. We expressed our interest in leasing the car for three years with an annual mileage of 12,000 miles. However, he displayed particular contempt, as if we didn't deserve to lease the car.5. After Silvano provided us with some pricing information, we asked about the money factor associated with those numbers. This was a normal request, as the monthly payment can be calculated using the money factor and cap cost. We simply wanted to clarify the money factor. However, he responded rudely by saying, "You guys are smart, you can calculate it yourselves."If this is the way you do business, good luck to you. After such a bad experience, I will never buy a car from your dealership.

I removed my bad review from last week but here it is again since MB of Shrewsbury can't seem to get it together. Specifically the service females at this location. I came on my busiest work day to help them get their loaner car back quickly for other clients and retrieve my SUV.Not only did they not top fluids with my brakes now making a strange noise when pressed on but the females asked for the loaner keys at least 5 times when they were handed as soon as I arrived...I also stated to put my keys on the chain now so I can quickly sign and leave as I have a meeting. Yet she ran with my key to the desk instead of simpleMultitasking to help me get out in time. Papers are now signed and guess what? I'm stopped for the 5th time for keys when I'm trying to rush out of there and get to my meeting. No one wants to steal your smelly loaner that we're given to me with trash and fast food bags in the backseat that I had to ask you to remove.The communication amongst the team is poor, and inconvenient to me. I've been having issues with the service now for awhile to the point I'm now in search of a new dealer despite this location being close to me.I was looking to get into a newer glc or gle which I communicated but I will drive further for more reliable and respectful service. My car and home are the two most important things and you want to trust the people in these specific dealings.The men working in service however are quick, helpful and respectful but they leave the less intelligent to deal with my car.

I am long time customer of Wagner Mercedes, I have always respected and their salesmanship and also service department, over the past for years it has been terrible, every time I have a vehicle serviced they forget to put oil or washer fluid, transmission fluid, etc. etc.,, They are supposed to check & top off all fluids, that is watch I am paying for, this was the second time it has happened and I am very upset, I pay top dollar for their service because they have always given me a level of safety and ease,, now I have to check my vehicle every time I have it serviced. Their incompetence could do irreparable damage to my vehicle. The service department needs to step it up and check on the mechanics before the vehicles leave...
