The few times I've been in recently (including ~3pm 08/23/23), there has been an extremely helpful and kind woman working. My experiences have been pleasant visiting the post office, which is not always the case!

I live over by Rice Square in Worcester and I drive about 8-10 minutes to come to this location specifically, because of the wonderful customer service provided by Olivia every time. As long as I’m in the area, this will be my preferred USPS location!
