Just visited the salon for eyebrows and upper lips. Naaz did a great job and the prices are super reasonable - cannot beat them! I recommend this salon!

I get my hair cut, whenever that is, here at Usha Beauty Salon. It’s not as fancy looking but I get what I need and the way I want it. Staff is friendly and the price for the haircuts are reasonable

I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded here for over a decade. I’ve gone other places, but no place has beat Usha.

Usually i will go for eyebrow and wax .Today had my haircut it was so good.Monica is wonderful and professional she did very nice hair cut as i expected.Friendly staff .Very nice place to go for threading and haircuts. I would go to this place for future visits.Services: Eyebrow shaping

I have been to Usha's three times now and have had a pretty good experience except for yesterday's. Before sitting in the chair, I let the woman doing my eyebrows know that I didn't want to thin them out at all, but just to take away the stray hairs (the last time I had gone, they had slightly thinned them out so I wanted more hair so this wouldn't happen again). She was very reassuring and told me I could tell her to thread more hair if she didn't thread enough. She finished my right eyebrow and told me to look in the mirror... my eyebrow was SO thin, especially considering I have thicker eyebrows. She didn't do an awful job with the eyebrow itself (that eyebrow may have looked better on someone else but it was not what I asked for). The lady tried to reassure me saying it was beautiful. An older woman then came over and started being quite rude, saying "we are going to close now so you can either do the other eyebrow or leave with only one done". I obviously didn't want to leave with just one skinny eyebrow and the eyebrow hairy, so I let the threader do my left eyebrow. I know that everyone has one bad eyebrow experience, but it is quite unprofessional of her to say this, and furthermore, I think it's crazy she would let someone leave the salon with just one eyebrow. The wildest part is that even though she thinned them out so much, she STILL left stray hairs way down on my brow bone.TLDR: If you want thin eyebrows, go to Usha's!!! This salon is not for people with thick eyebrows who want them cleaned up. Unfortunately, Usha's only does one standard eyebrow shape (as featured in their website, extremely thin on the ends like 90s eyebrows) and does not take into account the customer's facial features or desired eyebrow look.Service: Eyebrow threading

Been coming here for years but lately it seems all the good eyebrow technicians have left. This time I had a new lady (to me) who I explicitly told that I wanted a "light cleanup only" multiple times before she started yet she still ruined the thickness of my eyebrows. Her rationale was "I just gave you shape"...I didn't ask for her to shape them. I asked for a simple cleanup. Not sure if I'll be going again but strongly recommend that the salon train their staff to follow customer directions.
