100% recommend coming to this location for easy seamless mailing! The service here was absolutely amazing! I had just come from doing some whole foods Amazon returns, but I had one that was intended to go through UPS. When I got there I realized that that was a little bit too big for me to carry by myself. The guys at the shop were able to help me not only get it out of my car and into the store, but were able to do the taping and made this an absolutely seamless return. The location was easy to find and the parking was right next to it. Would recommend to my friends, and I will definitely be using this UPS store to do my mailing and returns moving forward.

Horrible experience! Package was estimated to arrive on Wednesday 02/21. I had been waiting all day at home super excited for my new camera. The UPS delivery driver somehow got into the building without buzzing my apartment and I come out to a note on the door saying “sorry we missed you pick up ur package at ur local UPS the next business day” okay fine super disappointed but I’ll go tomorrow morning. Went to the store at 8am when they opened 02/22 Thursday morning. He let me know the package has not arrived to them yet and to come back at 2pm. I explained I can’t come back I have to go to work and won’t be home till later tonight can I have someone pick it up for me. He asked “ Do they live at the same address” I responded yes they do. He responded okay no problem, have them bring this label and pick it up after 2pm” I tell my roommate to please pick up the package for me before they close. She goes to the store hands them the label and they said “ your drives license doesn’t say this address we can’t give it to you” my roommate calls me I speak to the associate, explaining he told me this morning she needed this slip and that we live at the same address which we do! My roommate had a picture of my drivers license, the label, a copy of our lease and our renters insurance policy he said nope only the physical copy of the lease would work, no electronic proof accepted. It was the same man I spoke to that morning about having someone pick it up for me!! I am BEYOND frustrated so I then went back to UPS Friday morning 02/23 to pick up my package. This is some of the worst customer service I experienced if I could give zero stars I would. I understand you have policy and procedures, but you should be able to authorize someone to pick up a package on ur behalf. I came in person, you could have me sign a form and list who is picking it up for me?! If the person you live with needs to have that address listed on their license let people know that, some people are just temporarily living here for school.

Great location. The manager is a jack of all trades and has helped me so far with notary, packing, shipping, printing and scanning on multiple occasions. The staff are also very friendly and professional.

Absolutely the worst ups I’ve been to! They tried to charge me $2 for tape for a stroller that I was returning for Amazon. The package was packaged nicely but wasn’t taped. They literally fought me because of one single use of tape as if they were paying for the tape out of their own pockets. The manager was horrible, it was an older gentleman who helped. But it was definitely one of the most frustrating visit I’ve made to an ups store. Just horrible people.
