I often visit this store for my Amazon returns. The employees are very cordial and helpful; greet well and take care of creating labels, packing/boxing when needed. I'm extremely happy with the services they render.

I come here all the time to drop off return packages. I've also used their notary and shredding services. Everytime they are fast and friendly and help me out.

I went to get a package that was on hold for pickup. Gurdeep in rapid-fire order kept asking me for my ID and the tracking number even though he could see I was getting them for him. The tone of his voice was aggressive and not friendly. Then he went over to the copy machine to make a photocopy of my driver's license. I have never seen this before and asked about it. He could not produce anything in writing showing me that this was UPS/store policy. He then put my package up on the shelf and said he would not give it to me. He was very rude, saying "I'm telling you what to do", talking over me, etc.
TL;DR Expect this store to keep a photocopy of your ID without being able to produce documentation showing that this is a UPS policy, threaten to keep your package, and most importantly, treat you as though you're there to do exactly what they want you to do as quickly as possible, not as a valued customer.

Uday did a fantastic job packing up a bunch of fragile equipment for me - while I was there, they accommodated many people walking in with fast courteous service- I give them 5 Stars!

I have a lot of package to send to California, and the staff in it helped me patiently. He also told me how to make it cheaper, and told me that they had discount recently to help me save money. Very good service, thank you.

We had a great experience today at the UPS on Route 9 in Shrewsbury. Uday was incredibly helpful in advising us on how to package and ship an item. He was patient and thorough during our entire interaction. Meanwhile, his colleague swiftly and pleasantly managed a consistent line of other customers. Will certainly return with other shipping needs in the future.
