Has listed my package as "acceptance pending" for a week, went to the center and was told it wasn't there and was sent to the post office, post office never received the package, customer service refuses to let me speak to an actual person and hangs up on me. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

I have an engine component that is not only holding a $13k price tag but is also obsolete. Insurance is irrelevant with this package. It is a component that was to be rebuilt by a company who is located just across the state. It should have been an easy trip. I understand stuff happens, but after sending two people to this location on two separate occasions, they were both turned right around and told there was nothing UPS could do and that there's thousands of lost packages and it'll take too long to look for it. So I was advised to "just wait a couple days and claim insurance"... Like it's that easy. It didn't matter what the contents were. I needed this component sent back to me from the receiver in a short turnaround time. Now I have a client who's commercial boat engine is down until we can figure this out. It's now affecting multiple livelihoods. Absolute disgrace of a system, personnel, facility and company as a whole. Not one person could provide ANY help when looking for a lost package that was said to be sitting downstairs in this facility. Do better and try harder. Nobody wanted to lift a finger. So much for customer service center. Terrible. Just terrible. One star is too many. Corporate should be advised and take control of this facility ASAP.

I'm 70 years old, on limited income, no vehicle to drive to a drop off area and the package is a prepaid return. I call customer service and was told either it will cost me almost 11.00 just to make an appointment for pickup or wait until I see a UPS delivery truck and flag him down and they will take it. So they expect me to sit outside and wait for a truck to come by? What if there's no delivery in this area today (as if I'm going to wait hours outside)? I thought that UPS is customer oriented....NOT! They couldn't even contact their dispatcher and ask if a truck would be in my area! Never have any problems with FedEx.

Paid $10 for a package hold. They returned it to sender because they collab with Amazon and the lockers said oops, name not a perfect match.

How do I get a ups package without downloading the app?HAHA you can't.Nor get the address where they are keeping package. (Even though you have 5 days to pick it up.)Nor get it re-delivered.Nor speak to a person by phone.The best part is this 1star review is going to get an AI generated response from UPS as if they care. It is really insulting. They really think customers are a joke.

Worst service… whole day I was waiting for the order every 10 min I was checking the status till 5:30 It was showing the delivery is at 7. And then delivery was canceled saying The receiver was not available for delivery. Liars. Leave this service, and stop playing with emotions.
