why is it impossible to talk to a human? you held my package the entire day, I just wanted to pick it up in town. I spent 30 minutes and the god damn robo call hung up on me. why is this so hard?

My fiancé and I had an amazing experience with Jenna! We were going to send out passport renewal form and she guided us through the process so much. We appreciated her help! She made the whole transaction so relaxing. Please give her some good praise for this as she is an outstanding employee and you should be proud to have her working there!

The people working at the postal office is nice and helpful. However I’ve had some negative experiences with the delivery from this location. I had a package that was “delivered” but I never received it. After filing multiple lost packages, it was never found. This postal office never responded and it was just left as that.

I tried to hold my mail. The USPS website was malfunctioning and not letting me in. I tried calling the Shrewsbury post office to request the hold. The person I spoke to was very rude. Told me "too bad we will just have to stuff your mailbox" and hung up on me. Even if they can't process the request over the phone he could have just helped me through the website or explained it was glitchy. A simple "I'm sorry to hear that" would have gone a long way.

Honestly, the best post office I've been to, asked that includes others in Maryland and North Carolina, while in the corps. They were courteous and patient, and i really don't understand the complaints I've read. One just doesn't make any sense.

I have a business to run and cannot stand incompetency. I asked for different receipt for each of my packages and clearly stated it. The rude older women at the desk puts my packages one the same receipt and separates only one. I tell her I needed all packages separate and she rudely says well you need to tell me that. I said I did I told you I needed each one separate. She gives a big sigh and rolled her eyes at me throws out her hand and says give me it I'll redo it. I left and will never use this office again. I refuse to be treated this way and put up with incompetent people. If you don't like your job quite. This was 7/28 around 1pm and an older women working.

Shame on the postal workers in Shrewsbury for letting those poor bees perish - never lifted a finger to call Beekeepers or any other bee expert and they would have been saved.

The common mailboxes we have in our neighborhood is for letters/mail. There are uneducated mailmen who simply stuff the packages we get delivered into the mailboxes as they are lazy to leave at the door. All our important mail is now also stuffed into this tiny mailbox and life changing documents we receive are now crushed or torn.
Really stupid. Who manages these people and who is responsible to provide training for these union-idontcare-idiot workers in Shrewsbury?
