My Turbo needed to be replaced and I purchased a New Turbo with Actuator "ONLINE (Not from Truck Service). I ran into multiple issues and Bill and Joey went out of their way to help me get back on the road. After discovering the New Turbo was Bad, I ordered a replacement to only discover the 2nd On-Line Turbo was also Bad (Both Assembled with the Wrong Actuator from the supplier). Joey Worked Late and was able to get my truck back on the road at the fraction of the cost that Peterbilt wanted to charge me. "Truck Service" went out of their way to get me back on the road. Kind, Friendly, Professional and Knowledgeable are words that I would use for this Shop. I will be bringing them my work in the Future. The only Shop that wasn't apprehensive about servicing the 5th wheel skid plate of the freightliner Cascadia. after going to 3 other shops who were so intimidated by a 5th wheel skid plate ,I was blessed to have gone to Truck Service Inc they are top techs who don't back down no matter what it is when it comes to trucks these guys are foreal and I highly recommend anyone to go here even if it's far from you it's worth it
