Spent 5,000 here on appliances. They brung the wrong power plug for my washer and dryer combo so the delivery person couldnt install it so i installed it myself AFTER i had came bak to the store to swap my item and the washer dosnt work. After spending 5,000 here you would think they had some type of appreciation for their customer. NOPE. Rude Customer service , told me I had to call the manufactor because I didnt tell them "48 hours" Because obviously no one has a job and all we got is free time.... This place is terrible If i can i would honestly just return everything because you guys dont deserve my money AT ALL. Do not buy from here .

I recently purchased a washer and dryer from American Freight in Shrewsbury, my experience was horrible. The salesman Marlen assured me that the dryer he recommended would be a perfect fit for my needs, but it turned out to be a gas dryer when I specifically needed an electric one.
When the delivery team arrived, they not only brought the wrong dryer but also didn't have the proper equipment to install my washer. (Even though I has already paid for installation) This oversight resulted in a WEEK long delay, causing significant inconvenience. To make matters worse, I was charged AN ADITIONAL $110 delivery fee on top of the delivery I had already been charged because they "switched delivery providers" the day before despite the fact that the error was entirely on their end... Very convenient.
The lack of accountability and customer service I experienced with American Freight was deeply disappointing. I would caution others to think twice before making a purchase here, as the inconvenience and extra costs were not worth the hassle.
I've contacted their customer service team and they mentioned that the store has refuse to refund me for the delivery and installation charge.

Bad customer service and rude employees. I paid for fridge delivery and removal for a tenant but they ended up not taking my old fridge or getting a refund. Will definitely not do business with them again. The person I spoke with on the the phone at the store said after I picked my new fridge I should have gone on the website to read their terms and conditions but I did not need to be informed when when I paid.

Sales experience was pleasant, delivery drivers were nice, but they were not told they had to climb three flights of stairs to get to my apartment. They determined the door into the hallway was too narrow, and when I asked if it would fit diagonally they mentioned they are unable to try that for some reason. Was trying to find alternatives, but they were adamant it wouldn’t work. So I paid American Freight $130 for delivery and don’t have a couch in my new apartment. It’s September and college kids are moving, so the closest delivery from all competing furniture stores is in October. Really hard to write this review because everyone I dealt with was generally pleasant, but not getting a delivery refund stings.

Aaron was very helpful. With so many choices he helped me pick out just the right fridge for my new kitchen. With the remolding it was so stressful to decide. But once Aaron talked to me about my options, he made it so much easier to choose the perfect match. Even with removal of my old fridge. He made my experience of shopping so much easier. Thank you!
