Over the years I have used many different jewelers. Sachs is by far the best. They made a beautiful ring for me out of two rings I was no longer enjoying. They designed it and created it. It came out stunning and I get so many compliments on it. I find Sachs' staff to be very friendly, they have a great selection and the prices are very fair! The store is clean and well organized! I highly recommend Sachs!

Cannot say enough amazing things about Emma and the staff at Sach’s jewelers! I recently brought in a necklace to be repaired that I thought was a lost cause, and Emma went above and beyond to ensure the piece would be brought back to it’s original condition. Highly recommended! Staff were great to work with, very patient and helpful, and going forward this will be the only jeweler I use!Let’s start from the beginning. My engagement ring was purchased through Kay jewelers (never again will I spend my hard earned dollars there). The ring that was purchased at Kays was defective. After months of fighting with kays and not hearing back from them we finally decided to just look elsewhere to have the ring repaired.Then we met with Mila. We explained our concerns with the ring and how the diamonds were falling out. She threw on her magnified lenses, examined the entire ring, and then gave us her honest opinion on how she would be able to repair it. After going over some different options we decided to move forward with the repairs.I couldn’t be happier! All of my concerns were addressed. The ring looks better than it ever has and I’m so happy to finally have it back with the diamonds secured and not have the constant fear that I’ll be losing them.Not only was Mila such a big help, but she also referred me to a few staff members to get my ring appraised and insured.I’m so incredibly pleased with the ring and my entire experience working with Sachs. We will absolutely be back!

Sachs will always be my go to jeweler. They aren’t pushy at all. All of the girls that work the counters are very polite. I bought my wedding band here and prior to that I have been getting my jewelry fixed and cleaned here. I plan on buying more pieces in the future and they will always be first choice.
