Felt stupid in here just because of service. Just asking for boot straps to wrap my boots tighter cause I get a lot of rocks in there at work. He looked at me like I had 10 heads saying he assumed wasn’t “in the trades” as he was wearing a mask.

The quality of service here is not to be understated. They always go above and beyond to get you exactly what you need. I wish more people knew about Red Wing and this store. They have better longer lasting products that save money and work better in the long term.

Cassandra and her coworker (I didn't get his name) were INCREDIBLY helpful. Of all the red wing stores I have visited they were the best people I've worked with. Super pleasant, they were genuinely interested in what I needed from my boots for work, and they walked me through the 3-D scan process for my foot and matched me with the boots I wanted. My boyfriend was with me and I convinced him to try it out and he also found a pair of boots- he loves them. They are an amazing team.
While we were leaving another customer came in for a boot conditioning and they knew him by name! That was great to see too, how much they care about their regulars.

Definitely the best experience I've had at a Red Wings store. The staff was a great help. They were so knowledgeable and attentive. They understood what I was looking for based off my previous purchases and their first suggestion was perfect. Shrewsbury will definitely be the Red Wings store I return to for all future needs.

What a nightmare this store is. I dealt with Casandra, a complete A-hole when I returned the next day because the shoes I had bought failed, and I paid nearly $300. She told me it was wear and tear and did not get covered by the warranty. THE NEXT DAY! The boots were becoming unglued, and the finish was peeling off. I had to call the leading corporation where I could get my money back. Avoid this place if you can. These brands used to be good, but not anymore. You have been warned.

This was the best experience I had buying boots. The staff are very friendly they made me feel like they wanted me to get the perfect boot and fit. I will always buy from red wing.
