I went to this lab for some blood work. The plebotomist bruised my arm while taking the blood. I have never had this kind of experience before anywhere.

I made an appointment for 8:30 am and waited 30 minutes to be called in. In the afternoon passed by to drop a urine sample and I was informed that I need to check-in on the kiosk. The waiting time was more than an hour just to drop a sample.

I scheduled at least 5 appointments here in the past year. I experienced efficient service and good customer experience. I had been attended to by 3 different phlebotomists, and they all have been wonderful. This location is my first choice for blood draws.
