This place is amazing. The pharmacist and staff are friendly and reliable; there's never a line; they call if there is ever an issue or a question. Plus you can do grocery shopping at the same time.

One register open so I used the self checkout to purchase flowers w a coupon. I don't work there and don't really know how to use the self checkout. I asked an employee who was standing there to help us and she was useless! Very rude! Shook her shoulders and dismissed me. Another shopper had to help me!I will NEVER go to this store again!Market basket is more of a drive for me but their employees are so polite and helpful. I will go there every time now!I had to give 1 star to post this but it doesn't even deserve that!

I love Price Chopper , the fact they are 24 hours is great ... who does not like to go food shopping at 3:41 in the morning, the night shift is the best , always faster to checkout .... staff are soooooo nice .... i would give you 6 stars if i could ,,,,,,,

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! The true colors of this place REALLY do show, my husband went in at the advice of a local pharmacy and hospital to pick up a special ear treatment since I'm 8 months pregnant and suffering a horrible ear infection, the product is an all natural one and the pharmacy we first went to was out. As someone who's been a manager and has been acknowledged for her EXCEPTIONAL customer service every year for 20+ years, I am APPALLED AND WANT THE MANAGERS WHO WORKED ON JULY 27TH, 2022 between 1130pm and 12am **FIRED AT ONCE** When your crew could care less if the cigarette holder outside is on fire (that could potentially catch the establishment on fire), leave someone in the store with a DISORGANIZED aisle system, that they have to spend time on PriceChopper.com looking up the item because they are NO WHERE to be found, then take pictures of our vehicle as if illegally profiling us when THEY FAILED TO DO THEIR JOB!!! I hope PRICE-CHOPPER UNDERSTANDS THIS LEAVES THEM OPEN FOR A DISCRIMINATION, DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER, ILLEGAL PROFILING LAWSUIT!! I even called to let them know he was waiting at the register to pay because he was in pain from a wisdom tooth surgery he just recently had and THAT J*** OF A PERSON had this following conversation with me: Manager: "Price chopper" Me: "My husband is trying to make a purchase and been at the register for 8 minutes, I was wondering if anyone was able to help him scan out" Manager: "We just located him in the store, he'll be home soon!" EXCUSE ME!?! Ah hell no; how is that even appropriate to talk to the person, the person sounded snarky, pompous and like they were in their 40's. I DO NOT APPRECIATE THIS BEHAVIOR AT ONCE!! Be glad you locked the doors because I had half a mind to go in and give them a verbal piece of my mind!!!! No!! I'm not being a "Karen" but if I'm ignored, I WILL MAKE SURE I HAVE THESE TWO MENS JOBS WITHIN THE FORTNIGHT (14 days)

We changed to Price Chopper Pharmacy years ago from CVS. It has been like night and day. They are friendly, accommodating, & go above and beyond on a regular basis without batting an eyelash. They know the entire family by name and pull all the prescriptions before you reach the counter. They have called doctors, insurance companies, printed coupons and called me at home...who does that?? Thank you Steve, Sara, and Courtney. You all make a difference.

I shopped the seafood section and ordered the calamari dinner. Quality was great and for $5.99 cheaper than going to a restaurant.

This is strictly about the floral department. The floral department at Price Chopper has been my family's go to florist for years. John, the floral manager is the kindest, most caring, and considerate person. He also happens to do some of the most amazing floral arrangements! I would send anyone to have their flowers done by John and his staff. They have a beautiful selection of plants and bunch flowers, but they shine in their custom arrangements. Call the department, give a budget and you will have a beautiful arrangement!!

I like the store, but don't ever buy the chicken broccoli penne Alfredo from the prepared food section when you first walk in... Raw broccoli, undercooked pasta, and chicken salad thrown in to make up the chicken... Super nasty, sorry

Went here once to check it out and decide if I wanted a card. Employees are completely useless. I stood by the bagel counter for about 15 minutes with no help until I just walked away. Went to the sandwich counter and again stood there for like 10 minutes until someone asked me if I needed help. I asked if they made sandwiches and the woman gave me a dirty look and pointed to the premade sandwiches and said that they don't make new ones. After that I left and went to wegmans. Never going back.

My only issue with this store is that the customer has to do everything. We have to bring in our own bags unless you want paper. We have to bag everything because this store doesn't have baggers. I mostly don't mind bagging but when you buy $200 worth of groceries a little help would be great.

I mean it's a grocery store you know. I personally don't like when I have to go in here. I just feel so out of place whenever I have to go. I always see cashiers greet people in the line I'm in, but doesn't greet me, and it always feel so awkward. The store is well kept, but it's not really inviting. I usually find other stores to go to, and only stop here when I absolutely have to
