I didn’t realize how big Pete’s tire barn was or I would have asked the kind man’s name. My friend and I were stranded on the side of the highway in what felt like 100 degree weather with no ac, 2 babies, and a blown tire… a state trooper Mick pulled over and was helping us figure things out. We didn’t realize we even had a spare in the car. As officer Mick was jacking the car up a kind gentleman from Pete’s tire barn pulled over and assisted the officer including filling my donut with air even though I had a portable air compressor he got it done in seconds. We were stranded for a good 2 hours before anyone came to help so we are more than grateful and will forever recommend Pete’s tire barn bc of that one wholesome genuinely kind employee.

I called the Shrewsbury location and got Bill.
I asked him if they use road force tech to balance tires. he laughed at me. said no and hung up.
That is how not to treat customers.
I found Phil to be rude. I will never do business with them after my first interaction.
I recommend to find someone else to spend your hard earned money with that appreciates customers and wants to be helpful instead of being rude and arrogant.

Let me add. I just received a call from the location manager. He handled the situation very well and it restored my faith in people wanting to do the right thing.

Got me right in. Replaced the trailer tire within 30 mins. Very reasonably pricing as well.

They have the best prices for my vehicle and they got me rims that they usually don't do. Town fair sells what you want, Pete's will accommodate what you need for a fair price.

Had golf cart tires mounted ,when they greeted you they were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They did a great job. I recommend you go there for your tire needs.

The guy behind the counter acts like he's doing you a favor! He's not a good person for that job!! Don't they realize that Sullivan tire is right around the corner!? I would not recommend this place if you have an emergency. Even when you have an appointment, they act like they are going out of their way for you.Not to mention the waiting room is filthy! Bathroom? I certainly wouldn't send my wife there!I'd actually like to here from the management team. Thank you!!

We had a great experience here. The Kubota tractor tire was flat, having leaked our most of its beet juice. We took it to Pete's Tire Barn where they repaired and refilled it at a third of the cost of what two Kubota dealers said it would cost. We're so pleased we're going back to get four new tires for one of the cars. Honest, reliable, good prices. Can't beat that combination.

My vehicle need maintenance needs have me buying a set of new tires just about every year. For the past 25+ years I have been going to Pete's exclusively and will continue to do so. Jim has been the manager here for as long as I can remember. He always comes through for what I need and always treats me right when it comes to pricing and today's purchase was no exception. I wouldn't go anywhere else in New England. Jim is a real stand up guy who keeps his word, the old fashioned way. He even went out of his way to go get me a rebate form for the set of tires I bought that I didn't even know Michelin was currently offering. Kudos to Jim and his entire staff.

I called ahead to see if my tires where in stock. Jim says yes right away and that I can come down. They had me wait 3 hours to tell me after taking my car apart that they don’t have the tires. On top of that jim was very rude most of the time. Management needs an over haul here. Or I will not be coming back.
