Has an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Was there around an hour and a half. Time to get things done is getting better. This was my fourth time getting service. Two times I was there around two hours one time three hours. Service advisor was very helpful.

I consistently drive an extra 10-15 minutes to Patrick Subaru because of their exceptional service and friendly team. Subaru sets a high standard for service, and after 15 years and three vehicles, we've found that Patrick Subaru stands above the rest. Patrick Subaru in Shrewsbury, MA has helped my family and I over the last two decades get into solid vehicles with full transparency. Joe Dinneen helped us through the entire process of selecting and purchasing our new Crosstrek. He spent a great deal of time answering our questions, taking us on a test drive and making sure we.were able to understand and feel comfortable enough to drive our new car home.
