I have came here multiple times early in the morning to try to get an oil change and they always tell me that they can't do one today, every other dealership by event who has been able to accommodate a quick oil change. Their parking lot is the worst I've seen with cars piled everywhere barely able to drive through. The seating area is very sad and pathetic and there is no organization in the building.

I am in the market for a used car and I saw a car I liked on their website and wanted to look at the car and possibly test drive it. But reading the other reviews I agree with what people are saying about this dealership and the people here. I came in yesterday not knowing what to expect because I don't own any Subaru vehicles. I put in a request only looking and want to know the price because that is the one thing I couldn't find. I said that I want to AVOID sitting down and doing any paperwork because I am boosting my credit score and I don't want to sit, talk and wait about anything. This was supposed to take under 15 minutes and instead I was at this dealership for almost an hour. I felt mistreated, used, wasted my time becasue not everyone who comes in a dealership want to buy the same day. It is called car hunting and finding the car that works best for me. I know the market is crashing and lots of cars are going for sale, or very limited in production, but I all I want to do is see if I can imagine myself in a car I will be purchasing and when the time is right I know how much to put down and jump right into the paperwork. I am a visual and seeing cars in person better helps me and the guy I was with clearly thought I wasn't serious and I didn't want him opening my credit score because I know what it is and I don't want it to go down or have the bank accept anything. I paid for a car myself brand new 2023 not subaru but Murano Platnium and worked out well and smooth and bought that all by myslef. The guy gave me the chills and made me very uncomfortable and all I wanted to do was get up and leave because I spent more than enough time here and if a car gets sold that is fine because realisticly a BMW is my dream car and to me is way better, because the peopel at the BMW dealership dealership are nice and actually did what I requested. I only came here to see if I would like a a used Subaru, as a side car and when I graduate I get my dream BMW and Truck because at least there they keep me updated. There will always be cars and sometimes a car might not be meant for me. But I asked for an SUV and guy pulls up in a sedan, which isn't what I asked for. He didn't listen to me and I stood my ground and asked me how much I want to put down and right now I am not putting anything down right now today because I am not walking around with that much cash. Bruh be for real, I wish I could've gotten a free car from them or an apology or money. I know what I want and they aren't respecting or at least he wasn't respecting my wishes. I believe the guy I was with was Joey, but in general by my review, I am NOT coming back and I will go back to looking at other cars that I love and are not sold yet. I have an Infiniti and a Kia on the line and I wanted this Subaru to break it but not happening and I am a women who loves luxury and my BMW soon to be after I graduate will beat this Subaru Ascent. Although the Ascent is the only amazing car that Subaru makes that fits my style. I pulled out of there parking lot in my lovely 2023 SUV blasting music and living my best life. I was also pissed when I left because something that was to take a few minutes took an hour, which is what I wanted to avoid. SO LONG PATRICK SUBARU AND HOPE YOU GET SOME SALES BECAUSE NOW I AM NO LONGER INTERESTED IN THIS SUV AND IF I SEE OR KNOW SOMEONE WHO HAS A SUBARU I WILL TAKE IT FROM THEM BECASUE I LEAST THEN I KNOW WHAT THE CAR IS WORTH AND NOT HAVE TO SIT MY TAIL OFF FOR AN HOUR. When I get my dream car now I am going to drive right past this and smile. Subaru's are great cars and nothing is wrong with them but I am not going to buy a car from anyone if I feel harassed, mistreated, used and talked down to. I have friends with Subaru's not many, but they tell me it is nice, and it drives like butter. But for me I am passing down this dealership and when I find another Ascent it will be waiting for me and giving me a sign. The people in Worcester and Shrewsbury are generaly not well respected, n

Ordered 3 parts for my daughters 2016 Forester and found out I did not need one. I visited with Steve who showed me how the part I had should work fine and how it worked and allowed me to return the one I purchased that I ended up not needing. Great service and much appreciated. 5 Stars for sure!

FYI all 2022 and newer Subaru will have the wireless features disabled. It's a pretty long list. This is their response to right to repair. But the dealer will not tell you that. Lots of the advertised features will not work.

Reasonable oil change prices and friendly service advisors.However, you must be careful that they don't charge you for things you don't need. When you ask for a certain mileage service, they will add things on that are not recommended and charge you $$$ for them.Before arriving, look up your maintenance schedule in your booklet so you know what they should be doing on the car. Ask them not to do anything you see that isn't on your maintenance schedule! Example is PCV Valve replacement at 30K.

I have never dealt with sales and it’s been years since I’ve interacted with the service team, but my experience with the parts team over the last few months has been awesome! I’ve been overhauling my SpecB and have called them probably a dozen times to order parts and placed a handful of online orders. They are extremely helpful and I’ve yet to have any kind of negative interaction with anyone. They’ve been an all around great team. Also, when I order parts online, they always send the items out quickly. Thanks for all your patience and help, parts team!

I was attempting to purchase a Subaru from the dealer and they straight up refused to sell me a car because I was out of state!!! I didn't ask for anything special. I was gonna buy the car, fly in and drive it back...? I'm sorry I thought the money in Illinois was/is the same all over the country. Very disappointed especially in you Lisa.
