First I gotta say, the bounces and games they have are phenomenal. I got this Circus train and my kids loved it. The delivery guys were what really amazed me. Their service and the execution were top notch never have I ever seen a delivery service with such professionalism and integrity. Also, when you go into the store, ask Walter to do a magic trick, this guy is better than Chris angel himself, he made my kids go crazy!

I usually don't leave reviews, especially as a small business owner who understands that things don't always go perfectly. However, after two negative experiences with this company, I feel compelled to share my story to prevent others from facing similar issues.
Last year, I reserved the inflatable Halloween maze for my son’s birthday party. A week before the event, I was told my reservation was canceled due to overbooking. While I was understandably upset, I received my deposit back and had to scramble for a new party plan. Despite this, I decided to give the company another chance this year since my son really wanted the same inflatable for his party. I booked it again, received confirmation, and even sent out invitations.
But as you might guess, the same thing happened again. I got an email canceling my reservation and offering other items as compensation. I immediately tried to contact the owner, Walter, but he didn’t return my call. When we finally spoke, instead of understanding my frustration and trying to work with me, he was rude and dismissive. He claimed giving me 10 days’ notice was doing me a favor, and when I mentioned filing a BBB complaint, he abruptly decided not to do business with me at all.
I’ve sent all my email exchanges to the BBB, and I encourage anyone considering this company to read through the other negative reviews. You’ll notice a pattern of overbooking and poor communication, with Walter often responding defensively instead of taking responsibility. In my experience, this company is unprofessional and unreliable—think twice before trusting them with your event.
Response: Your response here only reinforces my concerns about your lack of professionalism. In our private emails, you attributed the issues to your computer system, yet in your public response, you seem to place the blame on me. In my initial review, I did mention that you offered a bundle deal. However, when I called to discuss the specifics—since I didn't need most of the items included—your receptionist informed me that you would get back to me the following week. This was particularly frustrating because planning a child's birthday party cannot be done with just a week’s notice. Moreover, you still haven't addressed the fact that this has happened to me twice. After 40 years in business, I would have expected much better customer service.

We haven’t even gotten the jump jumps yet we ordered two, and some tables. We got a package deal for my granddaughter’s birthday and my daughter has been primarily dealing with them. We’ve had two phone interactions and both of them were nothing short of extraordinary. they’re so nice so helpful, it’s refreshing to have an interaction with someone via phone and have such a pleasant experience! I’ll update after the party I can’t imagine it would be anything less that awesome!
Update… they’re awesome deliver pickup everything in between! Highly recommend

Rented a bounce house and cotton candy machine for my daughters birthday party this weekend and we couldn't have been happier! Quick and easy delivery, the drivers were super friendly and gave a quick but thorough demonstration on how to use the machine. We have used other companies in the past but the friendly customer service and cleanliness of the equipment will have us returning for all our future parties. Thank you SO much for setting us up for the best day!!!!

Rented a bounce house for a kids birthday and it was a huge hit! Walter was very nice and explained the process for setup and return. My wife didn’t buy setup but the house fit in my SUV and 2 people can easily roll it back up for return.
I would take off .5 stars for cleanliness. The bounce house did have some old crumbs left inside.

Magic World was more than accommodating when I needed to change the date of our event. Absolutely above and beyond from my first phone call to pick up. Customer service was beyond excellent, and they'll have my business as long as I need bounce houses.

Worst experience ever if the woman awncering the phone doesn't want a job dealing with the public she needs to find something eles. Dealing with her was terrible I'm guessing she is related to someone there otherwise she would never have a job!!!

Personally I would work on customer service skills with whoever takes the phone calls. I had called and booked a bouncy house mid may for may 21st. While on the phone when booking we confirmed it was may 21st numerous times and at the end of the call the man even said " see you May 21st" I was never told to go check an email that was sent to me to confirm the info was entered correctly on your end. I figured seeing I was spending close to 400 dollars for a bouncy house for one day, that I was all set. It wasn't until the night before that I noticed I never got a confirmation email or call like I was told I would. That's what prompted me to get look for an email sent when booking and noticed it was scheduled for June 4th. So I called first thing in the morning to get this solved assuming the person that took my call accidentally entered that date wrong. The lady that answered was rude and took no accountability for anything. She sat there and pointed fingers at everyone else BUT the company's error. Repeating " how did you not catch this sooner" " this is why you should have checked the email." Listen I got that email WHILE on the phone booking, as the man I spoke to repeated multiple Times it was for may 21st and even repeated to say " see you may 21st" at the end of the call. Whether who thinks who is wrong in this situation, as a business I would have personally answered that phone and said " sorry about this confusion, let's see what we can do to fix it" instead of this lady sitting there question the customer (myself) on how WE didn't catch this error sooner. If someone is spending 350+ on my business I would just try and make it right. We have rented from you guys for quite a few years so it was extremely disappointed to be treated like garbage. The fact that then the woman said we would received the bouncy house after the party would have started? and then when they received a call from another family member of mine because I was extremely overwhelmed with how you were handling the situation, you continued to give them a hard time and when they got upset you proceeded to say you guys did not want to deliver to us anymore. Extremely unprofessional. This all could have been avoided with some better costumer service from the beginning. And we still have yet to receive an apology for this.
