Super helpful, I was assisted by Itean, told me exactly what I needed to get done to pass inspection, offered to fix it themselves as well. I ended up going to my mechanic for the fixes but came back and got my passing sticker!

Purchased my Outback from Patrick Subaru right next door, however they do not issue inspections stickers... Drove right into Sam’s and they took care of me right away.. Very friendly and personable.

Ethan is the best!! It was a Saturday and the first of the month, so a bit of a busy morning. Despite that, he had me in and out for my inspection sticker, all with a smile on his face. We talked about our first cars, music, etc. He’s so friendly, personable, and overall does amazing work. Thank you, Ethan!

My experiences was not pleasant. Lost parts after their service and they won't take responsiblity for their fault.The kind looking guy will try to gaslighting you to think it's not a big deal and you are taking way much of his time when they didn't do a decent job in the first place.Basically they think bullying works in their favor, so I recommand walk away from this place.

TOP NOTCH tow service!!!! No one in the 50 miles around the area from CT to MA would even think about doing the 35 mile tow. Rob was willing to not only take the tow, but gave me a 30-45 ETA. I will give him all the business I can since he's actually willing to work and he will cross state lines.

I went to Sam's like I have many times before to get my car for my annual car Inspection, after taking my car into the garage, I was immediately told that I needed a new emergency brake cable and new calipers and brakes, without anything but look from the tech. I left having been a Mechanic myself for years, I was born at night, but not last night. Please save yourself and stay away from there scams on innocent victims. Ladies they will scam you if they think you're versed on repairs.

My recommendation for you is to not waste your time and go somewhere else. Went to buy a car from this station and the owner did nothing but lie to me about the condition of the car and constantly harass me for money because I'm assuming they aren't making any. This place is a big time fraud that will tell you anything just to get your money. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else, save yourself the headache from an interaction with this place.

Bought a car and the car has been in and out of service and it still has problem. The cars stays at the shop more than I had it with me. Wondering when they will actually be able to fix it or just wanting the warranty to expire so that I stay with a broken car. Very shady mechanic if they are busy it’s because the car they fixed had to come back and fix over and over. Very disappointed with this type of business
