I had a great experience working with Frank at Metro West! This was definitely the best car-buying experience I have ever had, hands-down. Frank is very friendly and easygoing, and honestly and openly addressed all my questions and concerns. After test driving a couple vehicles, I expressed interest in one and we sat down and negotiated a deal that worked for both of us. I never felt pressured or like I was being short-changed in any way. The paperwork was quick and the whole process was efficient. Frank was very diligent about following up when the car was ready after being detailed and registered. Overall, I highly recommend Metro West and working with Frank!

I bought a Range Rover from metro west and worked directly with Frank throughout the process. The car itself has been AMAZING. Frank was communicative, thoughtful, and had impeccable attention to detail from start to finish. Never felt pushed into making a decision by Frank and was given the opportunity to really do research within their inventory, after having gone to a few other dealers. Seamless process all together. Can't say enough good things about this dealership. Hands down the best vehicle buying experience i have ever had. Frank turned an awful trip to another dealer into a huge win. Working out the details and price of the vehicle to conveniently delivering it to NH for me. They have gained a repeat customer and referral for sure.

Frank at MetroWest Motorcars was great and very helpful. Frank kept in touch with me over a busy week until we could meet up to see the car. The car was as good as the pictures showed which is a welcome surprise from other dealerships. My son and I were able to test drive the MDX shortly after arrival. The car was in great condition and the price was right. It was almost $2,000 cheaper than a similar car we drove that day and in great condition. We bought the car that day and Frank had it detailed and oil changed in less than 24 hours so the family could pick it up. Awesome Dealership!

Be weary of buying a car from them long distance. After talking to the salesman, paying for an inspection agreeing on a price, money arranged (cash) and arranging for transport the next day I was told they sold the car. Integrity is something they don't seem to have.

I just bought a 2018 Ford Utility Interceptor a couple weeks ago. Yana and Eugene were extremely nice. I stopped by a couple times before making my decision. They helped with financing. The vehicle was clean and in nice condition. They make you feel comfortable buying .No pressure, very down to earth and trustworthy.

This review is dated Sep 1, 2022I just had a 2011 BMW 535i 6speed manual transmission delivered to me in Los Angeles that I purchased from Metro West Motor CarsI didn't intend or desire to purchase a car all the way across the country but due to the overall shortage of vehicles new or used, plus the fact that I only considered F10 (2011 - 2017 Model Years) 535/550i with a 6speed manual led me to MWMI rate my purchase experience with Frank and Stan and Metro West Motor Cars as A+Frank and Stan both backed up all their verbal statements to me with 100% action throughout the 3 week process from my initial call to securing financing locally in the MWM area to delivery of my car (3 days before no-later-than delivery date) and even had a quarter tank of gas upon arrivalFrom start to finish, Frank and Stan responded to all of my text and phone call inquiries if not immediately, no later than 10 minutes after making my inquiryThese two gentlemen were totally professional in their dealing with me which I very much appreciate

Very enjoyable experience! Located the suv that we wanted in all the colors and packages, which shows that these guys pick and choose cars to sell with the customers in mind. Worked with both Frank and Stan to test drive, with both going beyond the standard dealership guidelines to understand and accommodate my situation. Fair negotiations - both sides need to leave the table happy. Transaction and delivery was smooth, worry free and professional. Thank you Metro West - you got yourself +1 happy customer!

On 4/24/2021 I went to see a Bentley at metro west motorcar, no down payment or anything. It was advertised on carfax with exactly 30,241 miles. For weeks I spoke to Stan and frank until we agreed on payment and pickup dates. Metro received my paid in full payment on 5/3. I didn't picke up my car until 5/13 because of a few repairs and car prep. Arriving from NY to MA, frank had everything ready including my bill of sale, the car looked great and everything seemed fine at this point. As I got to the entrance ramp to go home, I look down and noticed the mileage at exactly 32,931 over three thousand miles more than advertised. I immediately pulled over and called frank. I also took a closer look at my bill of sale; the date on it said 4/24 the day I only came to see the car no down payment. Frank assured me he would fix everything with no problem and I believed him. I got home and noticed that the car still had the same problems they had my car an extra few weeks for and said they were ordering parts for and fixing. I went back and forth with Stan and frank for weeks and got nothing done as promised. There solution was for me to travel back to MA putting more miles on the car for a problem they kept my car an extra 2 weeks too fix. I've bought a lot of cars in my life and this was by far the worst vehicle purchasing experience ever. I wound up replacing a broken taillight and 2 front struts, the few things that was promised to be fixed in the first place. The wrong dates on my bill of sale gave me big problems with my insurance and taxes.
