Regular water leaks of disgusting smelly sprinkler water, we have had 5 leaks in our apartment in 2 years, rent has gone up too, lazy patch jobs done by maintenance. "Luxury"? No.

Lovely tucked away setting, surrounded by lots of greenery, as well as bunnies, chipmunks, etc.Only 6 buildings with 3 floors each, and 4 apartments/floor, so, quiet ambience.

Madison Place is a very peaceful community. The management and the maintenance staff is good.Apartments are spacious and the common area is clean and well maintained.There is no club house ? less opportunity to socialize. Restriction for kids to bicycle in parking area for safety reasons. But overall I would recommend this place.

This is a very off-putting apartment complex. No one is friendly and everyone is in everyone's business. This is not a place to be comfortable at your home. If you want to live free and with pleasant people do not move here.

We lived here for two years after moving to the East Coast from Arizona, and it was wonderful! The staff are all amazing, and the apartment complex was lovely. And whenever we had an issue, the staff worked to address it ASAP! We only left because we needed more space. Highly recommend!

I have 810 credit score and never late payment in my life I am living in home from 18 years never late payment just trying to move out of state and apply for appartment and the company they used for screening is rentgrow and they have horrible reviews about that company.They are giving wrong information about credit I think they are doing discrimination . Because they don't want to give apartment to different race I am sorry but worst experience in my life.

I'm going on my second year here and I absolutely love it! I'm renting a two-bedroom with my partner, and we're so impressed. This is one of the few places that don't allow smoking or pets...which was a major reason we chose this place. It's a great place for working folk who want to have a nice home to come to at the end of a busy day. The staff is extremely on the ball, and some of the negative reviews here are totally off-base. This is one of the most diverse living communities I've ever been a part of - there seem to be people from all walks of life here, and while most people keep to themselves, it's really cool to live in a place with so much representation. We've had a couple of issues - and the staff have swooped in to solve them quickly. As long as the rates don't go through the roof, I definitely see myself being here longer than I originally had planned. No place is perfect, but Madison Place really comes close.
