I asked them to clarify a price point on their sale online. They told me to call the store or just show up. I said they could call the store and get back to me, so they banned me from their facebook page. There must not be a whole heck of a lot of airflow in this place because we are dealing with some extremely delicate flowers.

Big thanks to HTG Supply for all the helpful tips and equipment for a successful grow. Anytime my girlfriend and I have questions they are more then helpful! Can always count on friendly and knowledgeable staff to help guide us through deficiencies and treat them. Everyone is funny and friendly and knows what's up when it comes to plants. Looking fwd to many more grows with HTG

Bought an LED grow light from HTG Supply and found out quickly that it trips the arc fault breakers in my house. Seems there is something incompatible with the grow light design and common house breakers. Like an EMI or possibly a fixture manufacturing issue. I had to install a line filter to prevent the arc fault breaker trips at additional cost to me. Two months out of warranty, half of the LED light emitters stop functioning. I only used the light 4 months of the year max to start spring seedlings and otherwise store it at room temp. I contacted support about this failure and HTG Supply wanted half the cost of a new light fixture to replace the bad component which is about 1/5 the content of the fixture and I would have to do the repair work. BUYER BEWARE!!! It seems like this company has design, reliability, and support issues.

I love this place. I go here almost every weekend. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and has steered me away from bad decisions more than once. This hobby can be expensive so I recommend taking advantage of the discounts they have available ( rewards card etc). If you've ever though of starting an indoor garden, this should be your first stop.

Picked up a Tek light, a grow dome and a light hanger for just $80. Great service and lots of wonderful technical information. The staff is helpful and knowledgable. I highly recommend HTG for both your indoor and outdoor growing needs.
