I had a really bad experience with the service. I had to visit the shop four times to get the brakes fixed. They intentionally failed the vehicle inspection and also brought up additional problems with the car. Even after fixing the issues, I had to return four to five times for re-inspections. The lady at the front desk is not effective in her communication. Also, I had to pay for the inspection again because the date had expired by the time they did the reinspection.

DONT COME HERE !!!! Guy is sketchy. Told me he doesn’t like touching cars that have been touch by another machanic. Basically because he’s not making money off you, he doesn’t want nothing to do with the rejection sticker he gave you. Horrible communication and money driven.

Went for my car inspection to this place for the first time. First and foremost, they charge service fee on top of $35 and dont tell you upfront. Second they fail the inspection citing visual findings on my rotor. I went to couple of mechanics to get the rotor fixed and they said the rotor is fine. I have disputed the inspection with rmv. Lets see. This business deserves zero star because of (1) being not upfront with service fee, (2) lack of inspection knowledge. DONT GO HERE FOR INSPECTIONS.

Actually I want give them 0 rating. I went for a change of winter tires after 1/2 hour they told me that the key to open lock is missing.Next day I brought a new key and booked an appointment for change the tiers. After 1 1/2 later the girl came me, the tire lock is too tight it may break the key and the lock. So to be on the safer side you have to buy the lock and key.I was so frustrated that they should have told yesterday that the condition. I wasted my total 3 hours for nothing. They just wanted to make extra money.I heard that they change stuff and don't respect of time.Please don't go to them. I will never go back to them again.

I regret having to give Icar one star. I deposited money to buy a used car that I liked after trying it out. I told the staff that I would bring cash to buy the car next week, but today Later, when I borrowed cash and went to pick up the car, the employee told me it had been sold. I really have nothing to say to the staff here, they didn't trust me and forced me to pay a deposit, then they sold my car and they even said they would find me another car like that. At least before they sold the warehouse to someone else, they should have contacted me to see if I still bought it or not, but they didn't. The Director and staff here do a terrible job and are not trustworthy

Great place, great service. When everyone said write off my 2009 Honda Accord including Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough other charged $900 to replace spark plug but did not resolved check engine light until I visited ICar on the recommendation of one of my friend. ICar charged me $510 and resolved the check engine light caused by miss fire for good ? Thank you. ICar.Services: Carburetor cleaning

Some service was done right and at a good price. Others not so much. For example, had alignment done here that they said they took care of but my tires are still getting worn out way too fast on one side. Also, they will offer some repairs that you don't really need to get more money out of you. If you go here, know exactly what you need and don't and read up on pricing beforehand.

Got 4 new tires here about 6 months ago, just got a flat tire yesterday and had Triple A tell me whoever did my tires last stripped the bolts. Tried to remove them and after he broke the first he decided to stop. A mechanic came and again broke another one. Got it towed to Honda and the issue is on all 4 of my tires. This shop purposefully causes more issues to get more $ stay away.
