“Petal and crumb not only has beautiful arrangements but great customer service! I ordered my friend the winter citrus arrangement the afternoon prior to when I wanted it to be delivered and they were able to make it happen! They went above and beyond with delivery by working with my friend’s schedule to be able to deliver the flowers when she was home so that the flowers wouldn’t sit outside and be ruined in the freezing cold weather . My friend was so pleased with the arrangement! I’ll be utilizing this flower shop for any time I want to send flowers within that area.”

Jeff did a beautiful job creating our bouquet and floral arrangements, including the table arrangements, the ceremony archway, and the mantle at Harrington Farm. Everything was thoughtfully designed and absolutely stunning. His work perfectly complemented the fall season, with rich autumn tones of orange and beige that tied everything together so naturally and elegantly.
What impressed us most was that we honestly gave Jeff very little direction to work with, and somehow he was able to put together something far better than we ever could have imagined. With minimal input from us, he created arrangements that felt cohesive, intentional, and truly elevated the entire space.
He was also very easy to work with, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. We received so many compliments on the florals throughout the day.

“Very, very impressed. Our funeral home recommended this florist for our funeral service. We had the flowers delivered the day before the service to the funeral home. I ordered red roses and white lilies and there were small white daisies. Everyone loved them. It is day three and the flowers are still beautiful which I find is not typical for roses to last. “Flower Stop is easily one of the best floral design companies in Worcester. Every bouquet is so thoughtfully-constructed while maintaining a bit of natural charm and whimsy. Their showroom and garden are beautiful, seasonal spaces and it's always a delight to visit whenever I'm near Webster Square.
The shop's team members are always delightful to work with and I find Flower Stops online ordering system especially convenient for purchasing same-day presents. Every bouquet I've gifted has been well-received.
For those interested in the art form, I would also highly recommend signing up for one of their guided floral arrangement workshops.”
