terrible I recommend you to spend the extra money somewhere else I spent 85 dollars to get my phone fixed and it's even worse than it was took two hours to get my phone fixed and it was a waste of time and money I will never go there again there scammers

Wireless Xperts must be desperate for money. I paid $120 up front to have a phone unlocked and plan put on they ripped me off said they can't do it charged me $90 for there attempted and said gave a good day. They are a typical fly by night business rip off there community and people then move to the next city. They finance computers , sound bars etc. for 25 percent interest and the terms are insane. Then there products don't work. I feel sorry for the next community they set there sights on...

I bought a phone that was over priced and the salesman insisted that it was a great deal! I payed way to much.I did some research and he sold me an old phone! I confronted him later, he wanted nothing to do with me.He kept giving me a bunch of BS. I wanted to speak to the owner and he said he wasn't available. All sales are final, wasn't told that. I would love to see and speak to the owner.

After searching eastern Massachusetts looking for refurbished cell phone,I discovered Wireless Xperts....Leo/owner and Hassan/lead technician Are the most conscientious and customer friendly people I have ever met...While Leo gave me a deep discount on a new/used I-phone, Hassan cleaned and fixed the power input jack on my old phone as a courtesy. I highly recommend this store if you're looking for price/service and customer attentiveness....

got a great deal on a great phone. my phone crashed and I needed a quick and reasonable replacement. the staff was friendly and answered all of my questions. the neighborhood isnt great but worth the visit.

This is the shittiest store that will scam you out of your money by introducing you to the newest phone but it is unable to activate when you are home or unable to make or receive on your phone . Everything works fine at their store using their sim

Awesome place to retrieve your stolen property. Tracked my iPad and laptop to this store. With the help of Worcester PD I got them back after this guy bought them for $80 from the drug addicted whore that broke into my car. Even wiped my hard drive for free!!!! Buy your stolen phone back for half price!!!!
