The second name for CVS is "Quality". Whatever I bought has always turned out to be ace. Although nice variety of brands in every section. Try it out once... M sure you will love it too. ?

I would never get medicine here. The staff was rude, including at least one of the pharmacists. Every time I called to get one of my medicines they said it would be ready at a time and I go there and they tell me that it isn't ready and I ALWAYS get told a different reason why. I was hung up on and told conflicting information. I was polite and calm but they fot frustrated and mean. I got to the point where I asked to please switch pharmacies they said yes and hung up before I could even say which. When I called back they said they couldn't transfer them. The doctor and my past pharmacy have both attempted to get this prescription filled here to no avail. It is a nerve pill I desperately need and it's being held hostage by the worst pharmacy I've ever been to, including 1 with shifting hours randomly. They deserve 0 stars.

I went there to take photos for my passport. The photos had a blue background and were not usable. I then asked for a refund, and their staff charged me again before giving me a refund. So, I had to go there for a third time. Conclusion: The staff is not well trained, and the service is poor. Avoid this place.

CVS is one of my favorite stores for supplements and medications, the store is always clean, excellent customer service and the best signage to find the products you need...Thanks CVS ?? ?

Waited 35 minutes in the drive thru finally came to the window and was rudely spoken to by the woman on her phone in the window who told me I had to go inside due to short staff while she’s busy on her phone. My poor sick 11 month old screaming his head off because of how long we were required to wait. When we went inside the line was to the front registers while these two buffoon of employees were giggling in the back.
When asked what their names were both declined to give them. Both brown haired one short one long both pale complexion one wearing a umass sweater (which is very shameful to be representing a wonderful medical facility/ company) the other in navy blue scrubs with some toilet paper wrapped around to make a bow.
Will NEVER be returning to this pharmacy.

Prettyy upset with my most recent services. I go to pick up a med and they tell me it needs to be ordered... Then 3 days after i got a text saying the finally received it and it was filled, I go to pick it up and they told me i waited to long to pick it up.They state 2 weeks is a long time to hold a med,,,, Um yea it has not even been 2 weeks that the medication was even requested,, and my confirmation was on Monday, and its a Thursday. 2 hours of me being on the phone now just on hold trying to speak with anyone in the pharmacy.

Waited on hold for over an hour and nobody picked up.It takes much longer than estimated to get a script filled (24-36 hours longer)Lines in store are ridiculously long and slowRude pharmacist. Staff doesn’t understand my questions and give wrong information. Needed a script urgently. I’m still waiting 30 hours later and they aren’t picking up their phones. I am physically disabled and the line is so long that I can’t wait in it. A family member has to go to pick up my scripts.Their hold music is aggravating

This place has gone DOWNHILL in EVERY way over the last few months. I have used this location for 15 plus year and never been treated or have faced such lack of care and laziness in my life the last few months. Tonight was the last straw I think I need to leave this place. I was on hold for over a 1 hour 20 minutes so I went to the CBS in person and they had a full staff of 9 people behind the counter with only 1 window open. The line had over 15 people in it and while I waited I still had my phone with me on hold at over an hour at that point while I watched multiple workers walk past the phone saying it had only 2 calls on hold waiting they laughed and made jokes about how they wernt ever going to pick up the phone for customers while gossiping about their personal lives. When I got to the counter after another 20 mins in line with only 3 plpl in front of me I showed her I had been on hold for almost a hour and a half at that point and asked her in the future if I should even call at all and her reply was "yeah we decided we are just to busey and we arnt going to pick the phones up" I had to just walk away at that point bc it was very obvious the problem wasn't being understaffed but the care and quality of the staff themselves. At least 3 of the employees there should be fired on the spot just from what I saw in the time I was in line. They have no care for the patients anymore and truley feels like they don't want to be there and are doing the absolute bare minimum to keep their jobs. I am really let down that the customer care and quality of worker and everything with the experience dealing with this cvs has gone SOOO down hill and has added soo much extra stress to my day than anyone should be put through to puck up a filled perscription.

1. Does not pick up pharmacy phone 2. Prescription fill time is very slow 3. Line to pickup prescription is very long 4. App is not user friendly and does not provide enough information 5. A certain pharmacist is rude 6. I needed an emergency prescription. Doctor sent over 24 hours ago and still not even "in process" 7. Waited on hold for over 1 hour and nobody picked up 8. Hold music is awful!

CVS is an amazing company. They strive to deliver the best not only in the Pharmacy and Specialty Pharmacy but they also provide a tremendous number of products that we use every day from vitamins to bandages to snacks and cold beverages. This is one company to never bet against.
