They are so bad bank .I rent 2 boxes this is 3rd year my payment dissappear from their system. And last year paid 3 times .and this year I paid 2 times. They remember me personally. But no information in the computer.

I never use banks because they are outdated, slow, and impractical. Needed to use this bank because someone wanted cash and the ATM terminal was down on a Sunday nonetheless. What a completely useless building.

I have been a customer since they opened and have always had excellent service and assistance! Management is great willing to go above to help with any financial issues. The rest of the staff are friendly and also helpful!

This is their worst branch in Central Mass. Poor customer service, slow, long faces and they also forget to give you the money you have withdrawn with the teller. I had to return to the bank to get the money as they only gave me the receipt so if you're busy and you have to make transactions in a hurry please skip this branch altogether.

It is a sad reality that banks just basically suck. But THIS particular branch of this particularly bad bank takes things to an entirely new level. On Saturday they had to wait 15 minutes for the manager to arrive to work before they could open. Then when i did deposit a high five figure check drawn on TD Bank which is directly next door, I asked, when will this clear to which I was told up to a "couple of days". Apparently that means the following Thursday. It's my fault, I've had issues with this bank in the past when my wife died and the dimwitted older teller decided that I must be in the midst of a divorce and tried to bust my balls over taking my deceased wife's name off of the account. "I'm sorry sir, but I'm not doing this unless she comes in to verify this request". I lost it and said that wasn't possible and that I needed to speak to her manager. The manager was not much better but when I showed him the death certificate he changed his tune. This bank is pure crap, a check drawn on a local bank for a customer of more than 20 years doesn't take 6 days to clear....time for a change

I always have to wait in the drive thru without even being acknowledged -no cars ahead of me. I complained about it to a male teller and he said that I was supposed to press the buzzer to be able to be helped (which there's no sign explaining so). I explained that this happens all the time -morning or afternoon that they should have a sign with instructions.He said:"we'll do." This is all with the tellers wright in your face plainly ignoring customers. I guess next time I'll hunk because they might put up another excuse about the buzzer not working! Ridiculous🤔 --A forever customer... And, as this has happened several times I have decided to make it public.
