I would like to give it 0 stars but, the system doest let me. Citizens reached out to me for HELOC and i agreed to process the application. they completely changed the loan amount and terms of the loan. I respectfully declined and requested them to close my application but, they lied to the bureau and said "I didn't qualify for the loan".

Great experience with banking at this location. Staff is very friendly and ready to help. Kim was great in making sure our needs were addressed.

Citizens Bank - Shrewsbury loc'n, Stop & Shop. Plusses: The people are mostly nice, as they are in most banks; and the online bill paying platform is decent. Therefore 2 stars. However, big, big problems with their functionality, especially when having to contact corporate. There is no coordination, or so it seems, with computer programming between the two. Getting issues resolved has been an ongoing nightmare. Rather than give details, I'll just say the ATM stinks, and has kept my cash deposit. Impossible to know how much it kept due to continuing problems (many locations). Card replacement, seems like a simple matter took over a month - yeah really. And on it goes. Better to bank elsewhere IMO.

I am greatly impressed by, and very grateful to this branch Manager, Linda P. I dropped by on Thursday (10/3) hoping for help with one of my accounts and Linda saw me immediately. She was very welcoming and patient. At the end of our (lengthy) conversation, she promised to research my questions and call me the next day with the information I needed. She kept her promise and called me today with all the information I needed. My mind is at ease - thank you Linda!

Over all friendly service. One of the bank tellers who wear glasses makes my girlfriend extremely uncomfortable, he called her on his personal phone and asked her to come to the bank to discuss something but didn't specify what it was about. Now she tries to only use the ATM or another branch.
