“I really only dealt with one glass replacement company in my local area because honestly, that's all I knew existed. It wasn't until they wanted to charge me $120 for a repair stating that my insurance "wasn't comprehensive". So I decided to call my insurance broker who assured me that any and all glass repair/replacement was fully covered and to never use that company again (::cough cough:: Safelite ::cough cough::). They recommended Glass America, put a claim through and Glass America called and scheduled a full windshield replacement 3 days later at no charge. The technician was amazing.
