Carol Cantwell is my go to tile expert at Best Tile, she helped for both our Shrewsbury and Cape home. Carol is kind, patient and knows every product Best Tile sells, she listens to your design ideas and always delivers. Kate, Paula and the other designers are all very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The customer care at Best Tile is exceptional.

I cannot tell you how much I love Kate McDermott at Best Tile Shrewsbury. I’ve had a two-year construction project going on and she has been with me every step of the way. She was so helpful, was a great listener, made suggestions, but wasn’t invasive or judgmental and she always delivered on her promise. She has an infinite amount of patience and her years of experience helped me clarify my choices.
Honestly, she is the best at so many things… And she’s so cheerful to boot all the time!
Hopefully this will be my last project… But if I ever need anything… I will always rely on Kate.

Have been using Best Tile to help my clients with their tile selections for nearly 2 decades. The quality of their products is only surpassed by the professionalism of their team. The design consultants are very knowledgeable and communicate this knowledge to my clients in a way that facilitates the navigation of a vast selection of very high quality products. I have always felt their pricing is fair and lead-times are reasonable. I can't ask for anything more.
