Awesome service! Best body worked with the insurance company and Michael communicated with me regularly on the status of the repairs. Very professional and easy to work with. Responded quickly to phone calls. Car was cleaned/ detailed in and out when I picked it up. Really appreciate the help during a very stressful time.

They did an amazing job on my truck. It looks brand new! They even cleaned the inside. The repairs did take a bit longer than expected this time, but there were some things that came up and I don't blame them

Excellent customer service and great auto body work. Our van was in an accident and Best Auto Body was so helpful explaining how to navigate with insurance and get it fixed as quickly as possible. Definitely 5/5 stars.

These folks do an outstanding job. Unfortunately, I have had to use their services three times in the last two years for family vehicles. Each time the cars come back, they are perfect. Simple, professional, and excellent service provided quickly. They also support Shrewsbury Crew, so how could you not love them.

My wife has had a love hate relationship with her 2005 Nissan Quest. We have had the folks at Best repair our van two or three times for minor accidents with great satisfaction. We recently stopped by when the door handle (outside) came off. Not really sure how that happened, but Best fixed it without even charging her for it. Just a customer friendly business that understands people will keep coming back when good service is given. I have also had my car in for repair and found Best to be an exceptional business that treats you fairly.

Craig was really awesome, friendly, and most importantly honest when I took my car in. He guided me and saved me money on the area when a simple trick took care of my issue. In my mind, he could have taken advantage of me easily but didn't. Craig and this body shop has earned a life long customer and I will not hesitate to come back

I could not have asked for a better experience. Mike responded immediately after my insurance company contacted him (Monday)- and I brought the car in the next day - his team ordered the parts, they came in by Friday, and on Monday, I drove there where my insurance rental was waiting. 10 days later, a call that the car was done - the job was perfect, and i dropped off the rental that afternoon. It was absolutely painless - Mike's coordination with Mapfre's E-Z Car program just made it a piece of cake. I hope i don't see him again for a while, but if i need auto body work done - he's the guy! If i could give 6 stars i would.

We scraped our garage door and got paint on the car. Joe took care of it within 5 minutes even though it was a Saturday and he was the only one in the shop. We will stop by later to have the scratches fixed.Service: Body & Trim
