After one load dropped off.. the driver felt he "worked" to hard unloading in our indoor arena..The next day he was going to bring a smaller truck to make it easier..He came the next morning with same truck and instructed us that we needed to find a place outside for him to dump.Waited for call back seeing we had hired excavators on premise to level the footing.. ..no care from the rude owner.

BEST customer service!! I needed mulch right away and they set me up for delivery for the next day. Always friendly, helpful and pleasant when I call. Prices are very reasonable too.

Bark Unlimited has since been a great place to get pellets. The delivery person is personable and thoughtful on where to place the pellets. The last few years we had had a few bad bags of pellets on each pallet. We returned the bags which where replaced with out a problem,

We picked up wood chips for animal pens. Jeff and the team were super helpful (incl. a free donut for our little guy)! Great quality mulch - our animals love it. Couldn't have had a better experience ??

I’ve ordered both Stone and Wood Pellets from BarkUnlimited in the past, and have always been happy with the quality of the product, the delivery service, and the customer service they have provided me. I have a steep driveway that can sometimes present delivery challenges. This has never been an issue for Bark as they come prepared with the right machinery to get the materials/product to the top of the driveway. On the occasion that I had to work with the customer service team on rescheduling a delivery or what not, they’ve been very responsive and provided a quick solution. For example, today I forgot to select pallet jack service on my online pellet order. All my fault, but a quick phone call to the front desk and the customer service team dispatched Justin who delivers the pellets. Justin went out of his way to swing by a second time in the same day with what was needed to successfully complete the delivery. Excellent customer service!

Had many deliveries of stone and dirt over the summer months. Pleasure to work with. Great on the phone, delivery guys were professional and on time. Made the coordination smooth.

Just got pellets delivered and once again it exceeded my expectations. I can't believe how fast they were delivered from calling a few days prior. The delivery man is always super nice and willing to help. The women in the office are very knowledgeable and super friendly. I would never want to buy my pellets anywhere else!
