Horrible branch. Cashing a check is as BASIC as it gets. Longtime customer so it shouldn't be an issue. If that's too much for you then you need to shut it down/ close up shop.

Horrible customer service. If you aren’t a “business client,” they’ll let you wait in line inside the branch for over 25 minutes while they let “business clients” cut you in line. I waited 25 minutes for a teller. All I needed was a roll of quarters. I was finally next in line (only one teller was available because the other had been with the same customer the entire time I was waiting) and once the other teller was available, they let a man who had just walked in cut right in front of me. I even explained I had been waiting over 20 minutes and she could not have cared less. So I left. Keep in mind that if you’re there for personal banking, they don’t care about you. Create an account literally anywhere else.

Horrible. No customer service. Teller with a superior unhelpful attitude despite barely speaking English. Maybe learn to speak English first, before having a public-facing job????

Bad service I went there to get a cash the cashier give a wrong amount don’t left the bank without verify the cash amount that they gave you I try to talk to them but they not want to resolve this problem be careful when you get money at there.

ONLY reason we use this bank is out of convenience and the fact they pretty much own the United States.TWICE this week our money was hijacked from us on THEIR terms and the reps claimed they couldn’t do anything until items posted.Heres a secret they wont tell you: The branch managers get paid bonuses for not returning overdraft fees.

Had a paycheck, they WOULD NOT cash it even over there 8 dollar fee, because I personally did not have an account. I'm getting my paycheck from my employer I don't have to have an account at a bank and I've asked other people in the bank if that was their policy and have called the main branch or HR and it is not their policy I do not recommend coming to this Bank or dealing with this Bank whatsoever the gentleman in front of me couldn't even get change and he has an account here he did nothing but complain because they wouldn't give him the change he needed!!!He said and I quote "this bank is nothing but FING horrible"!

Trying to get anyone to answer the phone is impossible.... This bank ha the worst customer service ever.
