“I had an appt at 11. They informed me that they were understaffed and asked me if I wanted to drop off my car. They told me it would take 2-3 hrs. I could not wait that long so I ended up rescheduling for another date and time. They also didn't have pucks (Tesla) to do the tire rotation. I ended up leaving and going home. The manager called to apologize and informed me to come back and he will take care of it. I went back and he kept his word. I was pretty upset this morning but the customer service he provided def made up for it. Even though they're not perfect, they def do their best to accommodate.. I recommend this place for all tire services.”
“I have been taking my family's cars to Matt and Jeff for years and have always had excellent interactions; they are always receptive, work with you, and stand by their work. Just recently, my son had an rusted through pipe causing leaking anti-freeze with his 2010 Honda CRV in Minneapolis, MN; Matt worked with me as I tried to understand a quote breakdown to repair this issue while the car was at a shop in Minneapolis. It turns out that Minneapolis' mechanics charge the highest hourly rates in the nation (@$174 per hour), while dealers are much higher. But a big thank you to Matt for taking time to help me out.”

“I didn’t realize how big Pete’s tire barn was or I would have asked the kind man’s name. My friend and I were stranded on the side of the highway in what felt like 100 degree weather with no ac, 2 babies, and a blown tire… a state trooper Mick pulled over and was helping us figure things out. We didn’t realize we even had a spare in the car. As officer Mick was jacking the car up a kind gentleman from Pete’s tire barn pulled over and assisted the officer including filling my donut with air even though I had a portable air compressor he got it done in seconds. We were stranded for a good 2 hours before anyone came to help so we are more than grateful and will forever recommend Pete’s tire barn bc of that one wholesome genuinely kind employee.”

“Meineke in Shrewsbury was an awesome experience. They had an appointment within a few days of trying to book one to repair my air conditioner during a heat wave (and on a Saturday which was very convenient). The manager explained everything very clearly and upfront so there were no surprises with cost. The serviceman was wonderful and he also explained what had been done and anything I would need to consider in the near future. I did not feel pressured at all. Great service and customer care!”
“Has an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Was there around an hour and a half. Time to get things done is getting better. This was my fourth time getting service. Two times I was there around two hours one time three hours. Service advisor was very helpful.”

Despite living an hour away, I bought a car here because they had cars I was interested in test driving when nearby places were out of stock, and the price was ideal. Every employee I interacted with has always been easy to work with and very professional (Thanks Tim!). They answer all your questions and let you make your decision. This is refreshing since there are many dealers out there who take the aggressive/pressuring approach. I continue to take the long drive and get my car serviced here since I find that the service is consistently better than what I get at other branches. Additionally, it's easy to book appointments online, and they tend to have more times available than my nearby branches.”

Vehicle was hand picked out for me, runs good with no noises, no lights on dashboard or body damages to the vehicle and was super clean, shiny and smelt so good once I’ve picked it up. Everything was quick and easy as well. Price on the vehicle was affordable and he also helped me lower my insurance payment and also get refunded by them. I def recommend :)”
