Always kind and helpful. Never too busy or long lines in the lobby. Called and spoke to a person with an important question, said they would call back soon ... and they called back within minutes with the answer I needed. I've used 3 different banks in this town, and this was the only one that has been zero hassle. Great bank

I have been using this branch for years. The staff are truly wonderful and go out of their way to help me with my business and personal banking needs. They have even opened the door for me when I've arrived a minute after they had already locked the doors for the day. They're amazing.

Visited with my elderly mother today so she could cash out a CD she had there. As we were standing far away from any employees, a man entered with a large bag of coins to use their coin exchanger machine. He was told that the machine is turned off an hour before closing. As my mother and I stood making a coffee, very far from any employee, she commented "I wonder why they close it down an hour before the bank closes" and I replied to her "well probably because they don't want to have to work past closing time, so if they have to remove the coins from the machine before leaving at noon, that would force them to stay past noon time which I am sure is why they shut down the machine an hour early". Well next thing we knew, a bank employee walked over to us, and in a very scolding tone said to us: "I do not appreciate you making such statements" or something to that effect. I was shocked - in fact my mother immediately commented "this was a private conversation, it's none of your business what we say between ourselves". We felt this was very rude of him. So I asked for the employee's name - all I got was "John" (no last name) and he also informed me that he was the bank manager! Wow. Never ever putting $100k+ into this bank again, ciao!
