ECER eWaste is amazing! Our company was doing year end cleaning and had a few TVs, monitors, printers, computer stations, etc. that we wanted to dispose of properly. I called in advance and they were able to answer all of my questions. When I arrived (same afternoon I called), they gave me a tour of the facility and a breakdown of what happens to the electronics. Everyone was friendly, it was an easy drop of procedure, and I feel completely confident that the products are being recycled the right way.

This business is not at this address: 10 Dorrance St in Providence, RI. It's somewhere in Massachusetts, they do not have a drop off in this state and suggested I call the City to recycle an old laptop.

We left a message and scheduled a pick-up. My company had over 20 hard drives and backup drives that we have been accumulating over the years. ECER came to our office and picked up all the drives and sent us a certificate as well. They also recycle batteries, cables - any electronics you may have. Kudos to the staff at ECER Recycling - you guys do an amazing job!

ECER was great to work with. Their team were fast, efficient, and hard working. They were able to accommodate special requests that we made. Their communication was constant in making sure that we were happy with the job that they were performing for us. This was our first time working directly with them. I would be more than happy to work with ECER again. I would highly recommend.

For years we used one vendor for electronics recycling, but decided to take a chance on ECER Inc. after being impressed by the range of services that they offered. They provided us with a walk in electronics dumpster that is sturdy, holds up in all weather conditions, and literally stores tons of our old computers & TVs. And once it’s full, all it takes is a quick call and they take away the full one & drop off an empty. It’s so convenient and has made a very labor intensive part of our work here stress-free.

Our town throws a recycling event every year in April. After using a company for a while that displayed increasingly lackluster service, we scheduled an event with ECER Inc. To say it went above & beyond our expectations would be an understatement. The personnel were very helpful, no one got turned away, and by the time afternoon came & the truck hauled it all away, the lot was so clean that it was like nothing even happened.

We’ve been using ECER Inc. for over 10 years and can’t say enough good things about them. The service is a model of promptness & efficiency. The staff was highly cordial & professional. They are so polished at what they do that it did not disrupt our daily operations at all. We have used them several times with no complaints, and we plan on using them for years to come.
