Called 6 times with no pick up. The website said they had the part and said they were open. I drove an hour out and even though there was a person at the store he said that they were closed and they didnt even have the part. Horrible place, horrible communication. Find your part online and buy it somewhere else

Being a mechanic I use a lot of salvage yards for certain parts. Thos was the first time I used Burlington Used Auto Parts and they are definitely the most friendly people in the busines. I'll absolutely use them in the future.

Burlington provides amazing customer service when delivering quality used parts. They work hard and are a pleasure to deal with. They treat their cars better than other yards I've visited. The parts I received from them seem to be in good condition and the car they came from was, in some ways, nicer than mine. I have not received service this good anywhere else so Burlington will be my first stop for parts in the future.

Always a good experience. They have parts no one else has and in exceptionally good condition. Unlike most yards, they actually try to find the obsolete stuff in their inventory. Thank you for helping me with the restoration of my oddball cars!

Worked with Johnny, have me a very fair price for a Miata part I was looking for. Nice guy, will definitely go back there. Google maps takes you just down the road from the entrance, just drive down about 1/8 mile further and you can't miss it.
