My wife and I could not more strongly recommend Pine Hill Pharmacy. They are reliable, very friendly, and go above and beyond. When our daughter was sick and needed antibiotics at night the pharmacist stayed late to reconstitute the medication to ensure we received it as soon as possible.Pine Hill Pharmacy provides a sense of urgency and care that you will not receive at the big chain stores. Highly recommend!

Pine Hill is what a pharmacy should be, and then some. I have a family member who is on complex medications that have been changing every few weeks. The Pine Hill staff have flow-packed the med's, and been flexible, sometimes giving us a single week when we knew the dosages were likely to change. We could NEVER get this level of service at a CVS or Walgreens. And the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful as well. I strongly urge everyone to give them a try. I've also used them for vaccinations and boosters--so much better an experience than elsewhere. Please support this non-chain small business!

I highly recommend Pine Hill Pharmacy to everyone. They truly care very much about their patients. I’ve never written any kind of review of a business before, but I have to write this for them. For everything they’ve done for me. I don’t think they know exactly how much they’ve done for me. I will say this, if you are sick and tired of being judged and discriminated against due to your past or the prescriptions you receive, assuming you’re something that you truly are not, if you are sick of extremely rude pharmacists who have already decided that you’re not well or not a good person, and you just need a medical caregiver to truly care for you and your needs, and would never be rude or unkind to you or judge you, then Pine Hill Pharmacy is your best choice!!I need to put it out there that I’ve been going to pharmacies since childhood, and even then I was judged and looked down upon, I always used to think maybe pharmacists are just cruel and I can’t really do anything about that so I became quite used to their treatment towards me.Oh and never have I ever had a pharmacist do anything to help me without me having to ask them to, which I’ve learned that most pharmacies there’s no point in asking them for help because you have to keep asking and they keep forgetting or just do not care. Pine Hill pharmacy changed that. I was honestly stunned by them focusing on my needs with out ever asking them to do so. I did not even know that pharmacists could help me in the way that Pine Hill has! Every other pharmacy is like “no we are unable to do that for you byee” and click.But now I know how wrong that was. I hope it is okay to use the pharmacists name here, Kathryn, she is probably the best thing to happen to me in a very long time. I’m kind of really alone all the time and when I am anxious I tend to ramble, but she did not rush me off the phone even though I’m sure she is super busy, instead she listened to me and what I had to say and she speaks to me like a human being. And she believes me. Yes, she said that, apparently a pharmacist can somehow know if you abuse your meds, and all my medical caregivers all think that is something that I do, and I was upset at the way my doctor was treating me and I couldn’t help it, she was so kind to me and also believed me and I felt like I could truly talk to her and she would listen even though she’s busy and I am just rambling and she is so understanding and caring, I absolutely adore her. I actually cried due to her kindness. She really does care so much about each and every one of her patients and I am so forever grateful to a friend of mine for suggesting Pine Hill. I mean just a 5 minute conversation with her literally put me in the best mood I have had in so long. I got off the phone with her feeling more confident then ever.The point is, Pine Hill Pharmacy has your back!! They pay close attention to all of their patients needs and when action needs to be taken, they do so without you even having to ask them to. They listen to what you have you have to say and they care. They will not judge you based off your past or the way you look or the drugs you are prescribed. They will never make you feel less than human or treat you like other pharmacies do!These amazing people at this amazing pharmacy are just exactly what I needed and maybe you too! They are a prime example of what healthcare professionals should always be like. They are proper ethical professionals.I hope that no one else has ever had to deal with being humiliated by their healthcare staff, but should this ever happen to you, talk to Kathryn at Pine Hill. She and all her colleagues are beautiful souls and they care very much for us.Thank you to everyone at pine hill for everything you have done for me including the things you don’t even know you have done for me.Thank you for taking the time to read my review and I hope it can help someone, I hope that you find your way to Pine Hill so that you can see for yourself that not all pharmacist’s are mean and hateful and that some do care.<3AMV

This pharmacy is great. Conveniently located it has an excellent service. Everyone is very nice and the have all prescriptions ready in no time.

Everything a pharmacy should be- clean patient welcoming understanding and knowledgeable. So happy I switched. Transferred here after getting fed up with CVS treating their patients like dirt. Highly recommend
