“Watch City Pharmacy offers quite literally a night and day improvement over the chains and even other independents. They are always on time with refills (I recently called one in and… it was already being filled!), they have successfully lined up all my refills for a once monthly drop (one visit vs 5-10 at other pharmacies), and the customer service is superb. I’ve never received a “your refill is ready” only to find it is not (I’m looking at you CVS). Fast, friendly, on time. There’s no comparison to the other providers. Keep up the great work!”

“I don't usually write reviews but Andrews is too good not to mention. They are expensive but everytime I speak with someone there I feel like I'm speaking with a small neighborhood pharmacy. It is so challenging to help with an older person's care but Andrews makes it simple. Their customer service staff are so responsive and helpful, I'm also so suprised at how things are resolved with one quick phone call, so unusual these days to get this kind of service. Thank you Andrews!”
“I've not been to Walmart in quite some time, mostly because convenience of mostly shopping online. I recently found myself needing a few items that seemed like I was going to pay too much online. So, I happen to check out prices at Walmart. The prices did not exceed the minimum limit for free pickup, so it would have been an extra $6.99 or something like that, so I opted to go to the store. I am limited on my mobility, so once inside the store I asked a store clerk (Mary Ann) where the three items were located that I needed. She gave me aisle locations for all three items, which I found with very little difficulty. I thanked her on my way out and told her she was now my go-to person within the Bellingham Walmart store. If you found my review helpful, please give me a thumbs up and feel free to check out some of my other reviews.”
“Independents in general do a far better job with customer service, and this one is no exception. You can also get ahold of medications there that are out of stock elsewhere. I don't understand how chains survive -- they are awful. Support independents. This is a good one.”

“Hannaford Pharmacy is the best I've found in the area around Lexington and Waltham. Staff are always professional, always helpful. They answer the phone right away. They always check to find the better price between my Medicare copay vs. GoodRx and if they have not done this in advance they willingly check for and give me the better price at pick- up. When I use GoodRx, Hannaford is almost always the lowest price when compared to ten or so other area pharmacys, almost always lower than CVS or Walgreens.”
“Great customer service, great manager, Smart and polite Pharmacist and cooperative staff who speak English, Russian, Hindi, Gujarati. Their customer service is 10/10. One can feel the warmth there and a good collection of OTC products and other daily life goods. Better than other commercial pharmacy stores.”

“I love this CVS (Millis. MA), and even drive out of my may to go to it.
It is by far the nicest CVS I have ever been in (and I have lived in many places and been in many CVS stores). It is fairly new, the ceilings are high, and there are a lot of windows, including high up, which make the store bright.
The shelves are set up such that the store does not feel cramped.
I could go to a much closer CVS, but I drive to this one because the store is so nice and because the staff, from the person at the cash register up front who greets you as you enter, to the pharmacy staff, including the one who gave my my tdap jab, are extremely kind and friendly.
Today, I did see one pharmacy staff member treat the staff member who was getting my rx for me very rudely when she had some trouble finding it. I hope someone can speak with her about treating her colleagues with respect. It seemed upsetting to the woman who was helping me, and it was upsetting to me.
But otherwise, this is my CVS now, even though there is one much closer.”

“We switched from the Walgreens in Foxboro to this one for two reasons: 1) because it is closer to our home, and 2) because the pharmacy staff are helpful and consistent.
