“I have been a customer for the last 3 years. I have never once entered my unit, since leasing. My only experience with All Purpose Storage, is that the staff does go out of their way to make sure their clients have peace of mind and feel comfortable that their belongings are stored securely. I have spoken with the staff on several occasions over the years, about a variety of things. I was provided excellent customer service, which included a team member on one occasion, personally going to my unit to ensure it was secured. That added measure was very comforting. At some point, I will be ready to reclaim and rehome my items to where they belong, but for now, I am extremely happy that my nonreplaceable items are being safely secured at a location where I am free from worry. “I used Sitterly movers to unload my 10 foot uHaul -- which included a baby grand piano! They did a fabulous job and set up my piano perfectly. The job took less time than they originally quoted, so they ended up charging me less. I'm so pleased with how fast and efficient and knowledgable they are. Highly recommend!”
“Flo in the office was great! I was not willing to go back to Leader Self-Storage at $400/mn for a 5x15 unit!!! I thought about where seemed safe and has had no issues and came up with Greenfield Self-Storage. Sooo blessed they only had 1 unit left, that opened the night before. Flo got me right into it, killed a wasp (I'm allergic) and even included a FREE heavy duty lock. We were able to agree on the date of withdrawal for payments. Within 30 minutes I was moving my stuff out of a bad situation into a safe and secure solution. I really liked Flo in the office, it is nice to have a such superior customer service and the best part was the affordability. $70/month with no added or hidden fees! A $25 deposit and prorate the month, then as of the 3rd of June it is just the $70/month! THAT IS the most I could afford as I am escaping domestic abuse and on a budget. I sleep better knowing that my items are safe and secure. You must insure your items on your own, but that is typical of most facilities. My unit was shockingly clean!! I swept a little and put some mothballs and Irish Spring neatly in the corners and a few cups, to ward off creepies. Also to mention they have EXTENSIVE security cameras! NOTHING is going down on that property without it being recorded!! PEACE OF MIND! Happier here then I could have imagined. Thank you Greenfield Self-Storage and Flo!”

“We moved our parents from Amherst to Billrica and took some of of their stuff to Lowell. If you want a move done right ask for Odimir, or Jose, with there worker CJ. They worked very hard, but efficiently, smartly. It is crazy how good and hard working they are. The price was fair the reservation was straight forward and made sense.If you need to move. Use ideal movers.”
