Exceptional Mercedes knowledge, service that is above and beyond expectations. They will guide, advise and assist in any way they can and their charges are fair and explained every step of the way. They are busy because they are great. Cannot recommend them enough.

I could not have asked for better service from JF Allen, Inc. They had plenty of parts on hand for my Mercedes-Benz 230E, a Euro release that has proven difficult to find parts for in the USA. When I brought my car to their garage, I was facing a limited budget (who isn't these days?) and a lot of repairs. They gave me a candid, thorough assessment, and didn't pressure me at all to stay with them. In fact, the very words were "Before you even spend a penny here, let me tell you..." They were able to install new parts as I could afford, and quality used parts where it was possible, and their labor rate is more than fair for the work they performed. I have never worked with a more pleasant and competent mechanic in all my days, and so long as I call Western MA home, I'll never use another. If you own a M-B and are looking for quality, honest work performed by a knowledgeable and personable mechanic, go here!
