Purchased a vehicle from Green River Auto and the experience was great. Scott was helpful and pleasant, made the purchasing and paperwork super easy.
Out of the gate, I had an issue with the vehicle and asked Green River to look at it. Rich, the Owner, spent the time to diagnose and solve the issue. It was minor and not in the scope of the warranty but Rich took care of it.
Paul, the lead mechanic is thoughtful and pleasant. Gave me honest opinions on a few makes and models I was considering and assisted with research on some after market additions to the vehicle.
The team at Green River Auto is small, they care about their work, and are genuinely kind and thoughtful people. It's great to find a local mechanic that I trust!

Hi - I called to get an estimate for a Prius battery replacement. Being a hybrid this is a bigger $ issue. Paul answered and he asked about the age of the car and his experience driving a hybrid with about the same age and miles. He also gave me a price range for replacement and about using a reconditioned battery. I was so impressed bc it could have been a quick call but he told time to give me all the angles on a battery replacement. Truly was just interested in the best outcome for the Customer. Highly recommend!!

We were traveling from out of state and stopped at this garage for emergency service. Even though they couldn't repair the vehicle, they were very helpful in getting us taken care of with some fluid for the vehicle and directions to a car rental location.

I can’t say I’m very impressed. I brought my vehicle here to with the intent of having it fixed, and they took it for a test drive and ran a diagnostic scan, and decided they didn’t want to do the work but charged me $80 anyway.
