Boswell has been the name given to the bookstore's resident cat for a few decades. Yards from the Bridge of Flowers, the shop has a wonderfully curated collection. Especially fine is the selection of local authors.

Boswell was taking a nap behind the counter on the day we visited this wonderful bookstore. The shelves are filled with an assortment of literary genre--old and new releases. We are a cozy, welcoming bookstore not far from the bridge in picturesque Shelburne Falls, Massachusetts. Our bookstore cat, Boswell, is always ready to greet you! We have all sorts of books--new, used, children's--as well as small gifts like puzzles and games. We carry robust children's and YA sections, and for the adults we have a great selection of fiction and non-fiction. We also carry many local authors, and often hold readings and signings.
