This place should be called Barely pack and ship. He never has materials, always out of bubble wrap and will NOT take large packages as they are an inconvenience to him. He just says "no" go to Pittsfield. For the fees he charges above regular UPS rates, the service is not there, go elsewhere!”
“I needed to ship somethinge in cylindrical package and the person who helped me was happy to figure out how to get it into the right size box, and did, and efficiently and professionally packed it and took the information and the whole thing took minutes after a slightly long wait, because there were three people ahead of me. It was easy, friendly, efficient, professional.”

“I absolutely love my delivery driver, his name is Etienne, this guy is a major asset to our post office, I honestly am finding it hard not to steal him away for myself! Workers/staff are tough to come by especially down here in south county- everyone is hurting for employees all of the time… I sure do hope they’re treating him like GOLD because everyone knows him and everyone wants him because we all see him every day and we know him to be a hard worker who is polite, responsible and reliable. Happy weekend everyone- hopefully everyone is enjoying their time off with their families.”

“The place is understaffed and so the people who work there are under constant stress. They're perfectly nice people placed in a most difficult work environment. And over 25 years, I've never ever witnessed rudeness from any post person there. I think most Sheffield folks would agree.”
