We have had several negative incidents with this bus company. Today our bus driver never showed up. When I called the Massini office, they had no idea where he was, as they told me their bus drivers don’t always check in with them in the morning. Shouldn’t there be gps on each bus? The woman I spoke to said I just needed to take my kids to school. Didn’t offer me any further information, was super rude, and hung up on me. There is never any information from Massini sent to parents whenever there is a change in the schedule, change of bus drivers, or bus numbers. My kids take the bus for a reason, but now I’m wondering if I just need to adjust my schedule and take them to school myself.

We had a terrible experience with this bus company. After just 6 weeks and THREE negative incidents that were harmful to my kids and were irresponsibly handled, I went back to taking my kids to school myself. I am so grateful that I am able to drive them myself - not every parent can. Every parent I know complains about this company. It’s so sad and worrisome.

one of the buses got a messed up brakes they covered it up now a van hit into it and there covering it up dont trust them

My daughter has taken a Massini bus from and sometimes to school nearly every day for the past five years. Her driver is kind and patient, nearly always greats the parents with a smile and is never late. I have every confidence that he watches over the children on that bus and keeps them safe. To quote the head of my daughter's school, "Mark is like a cowboy watching over the herd." It's been nothing but a great experience.

The woman that answers the phone is absolutely nasty and rude. I have had several interactions with her and she is never polite or pleasant. My son was dropped off a half hour late because the bus driver never went down our rd and when I said the bus just came from the opposite direction, she asked me if I was sure about that? Really makes you miss Ormsbee bus company.

The woman that answers the phone is one of the rudest people I've ever dealt with in my life. Totally unprofessional, seems to make up rules on the fly, depending on who you know in town. She flat out lies and tells you that the bus is full and your child cannot take it to a friends house one day, when the truth is that there were 20 open seats on the bus.

My son got on the wrong bus the first day of school to go home. When I called massini, they immediately found what bus he got on and apologized profusely. During the 20 minute wait for him to get dropped off, another massini driver came by to apologize and chat a bit. While it does seem it was massini's fault my son got on the wrong bus, they made up for it by solving the problem quickly and being kind about it, which boosted my confidence that my son is taken care of on their buses.
