I have shopped Dollar Generals for many years in many locations. This store is triple "A" top notch. In the last couple of weeks it seems transformed. The floor is so clean. The shelves well stocked. The cashiers are so clear and aware of the usual things I buy and need. Even the clerks on the floor are so friendly and great with customers. I would recommend shopping here to anyone.

most of the time the store is ok. but this last guy they hired is rude and stand offish. wife and i stopped in Saturday and used the self check out. the rude dude kept stopping checking his customers and running over and checking on us. it was so uncomfortable.rude dude needs to go.

If you need one or two items.. aspirins, a gallon of milk, wrapping paper, tape, etc., and you don't want to run into Gt. Barrington The Dollar General is convenient. You can get what you need and get in and out quickly. The staff is helpful and friendly.

The cashier at the counter was exceptionally rude and above that should not be reading your receipt like he was going to steal my credit card info. If I were the manager of this store I would of reprimanded the individual and or terminated the individual for the conduct. Not something I would want to deal with again and I know no one else would. Buyer beware at the counter for rude sales and supervisory team.

I normally consider the place a junk store. However the staff was quite helpful and the made in China plungers I needed were probably 10% cost of domestically made ones ? let's hope the hold up.
