Worst post office ; I drop my delivery it did not move on tracking one week; I called Sharon post office they kept telling me every day they are working on it. I will request supervisor please look with this tracking number 9400108205499586124814where it disappeared in Sharon post office.this is second second time same problem. I also have receipt of proof. This post office needs improvement.

I think the "mean lady" is gone because I've been to this location several times in the last few months, and they are wonderful! When the line gets long, they apologize for the wait and are very nice and helpful. I find this location a lot better than the E Walpole and Randolph locations where I used to go. The two current employees I always see are quick, knowledgeable, and kind.

I thought it was going to be a terrible experience because of previous reviews, however, the staff there was very kind in receiving my package, gave me a receipt with tracking, and even helped me with a package that had been marked as shipped but I never received.
